Don't have the ability to login to my gdex account which is not possible in app had no choice but to use it gdex portal only, thought this app can just work mygdex in a phone like any other app. What a bummer.
for saving your money and time , never ever use service of this irrsponsible company, as they do not care about your time and value at all. I had shipment which was supposed to be delivered within 3 days , now it is more than a 15 days still is in transit just within a Selangor area.and many time contacted them ,but every time ,they promise to look into issue ,but so far no reply from them and no trace of my shipment.
The customer service isnt friendly as other courier services . Bt thts understandable, probably she couldnt understand malay or the line wasnt good when i was talking . Bt the w.maju postman wasnt any better either . He talked back with unfriendly voice when it was his fault as he didnt read the capslock instruction details of the address clearly . Ive never had any problem with other postmans who can read the address details properly . Everyone is having a hard time , please have some manners.
Writing this bad review is nothing to do with the App, but to-do with entire business process. Top management may don't how bad services GDex has provided to their customers. Send with-in Malaysia, take 3 days still in transit and no update, and they still called themselves express. Personally I will stop using this service from now on, as they did not value their customer time and urgency. Poslaju within Malaysia can do it with 1-2 day and cheaper, GDex you failed.
Shittiest courier ever..took so long to handover goods to receiver..item arrived at taiping for 4 days now.. but still not send out item to receiver at kamunting..

No trace option. When key in Consignment note number still asking for silly barcode. Poor app

i download this app for complaining your company driver .... some of your driver have a bad atitude, but some are good :). i meet most of company's driver and only your driver give me a terrible impresion, i am doubt of that your company don't pay the satisfied salary for your driver...
Most failed company that said it will came this day but I was waited 4 days and it said Undelivered due to Outskirt Delivery Area (ODA).

Last week i hv sent the package(face mask) to hong kong, but until now the package still in transit?! I mean from malaysia to hong kong it just need a day, but now it almost a week, i seriously suspect the plane hv gone missingš¤, the company should check it.

Useless app, can't even log into my account
This App is Good. It doesn't deserve one star. but GDEX have sorting problem OR Seems like your sorting staff in. KLANG or PETALING JAYA cant read address properly. Package CLEARLY WRITTEN it should Go to SABAH. HOW CAN IT GO SARAWAK. Luckily GDEX staff at SARAWAK can read They sent it To Sabah (I'm still awaiting), if they also Cant read and it went to other state again. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE YOU EMPLOY.
