It doesn't allow to delete/correct readings if input incorrectly. It duplicates the reading. If app is deleted by accident, to reactivate it needs new code from the doctor which is quite annoying. It doesn't allow to re-login without hassle which is very annoying 😒

I had no problems with the app for a few months, and now suddenly every time I add a reading, it duplicates the previous reading, so I end up with eight readings instead of four every day and the percentage of 'completed' readings keeps dropping because I'm not willing to complete the duplicates for no reason. There doesn't appear to be any way to delete the duplicates. This is incredibly irritating.

Since the app update, and having to reactive it with my midwife and reconnect it to my Bluetooth meter, the app refuses to acknowledge my WiFi or 4g Internet connection. It's stopped syncing and uploading readings, and it has randomly duplicated about 60% of the prior entries meaning it says I have missing details for them all. It also asks me to reaccept the terms whenever I open it. Frustrating! It also refuses to communicate with my meter anymore.

Since the clocks went forward, it now uploads 2 readings for each meal. Same time, but just duplicates. There is nowhere on the app to report any faults which is frustrating, or if there is, its impossible to find. Surely there should be a contact us feature on the app for any faults.

Cannot reply to messages received via the app. I've had a lot less support since app was launched. The pairing timeout is too quick, I would rather it just pick up the last reading than having to have phone open at the same time as taking the reading so I just add the readings manually after.

Rubbish App. No support or information to help mothers suffering from GD. Should at least have a facility to help count carbs, calories and nutritional information. Its like a big brother app for diabetic team.Needs improving.

Everything has been fine with the app, have been a few errors but its new and I don't expect smooth performance yet even with tweaks here and there, all apps will still need uodate all the time to run correctly I like the callback feature but I would suggest adding messaging from the app user too as currently it's a one way from the computer user

All issues first reported in 2018(earliest I could see) still happen, No resolution yet. 1. App timeout is too quick, had to restart the Agamatrix every time. 2. App has now started crashing everytime. Cant reinstall for the fear of loosing data. No support or resolution for basically fatal problems which are atleast a year old, which makes their app useless. If you are reading this, ask your nurse/doctor to use a different app.

Was brilliant before update, keeps saying failed to upload readings although its read the readings, have to try several attempts to connect to meter almost every time, and wont register ive accepted the terms & conditions. flawless to faulty in 1 single update! Quite time consuming and stressful now! Please fix this as the app itself is brilliant and normally so easy to use. Im using on Android.

I find it irritating that I can't remove duplicate entries that have been put in due to the app not picking up entries via bluetooth the first time or due to no readings from errors. There was an update today and now all of my numbers are through the roof. What did you guys do with that update?

I had to uninstall the app as it would get as far as trying to load the 'hub' then crash and close itself. I installed it again (after contacting my diabetic midwife for a new activation code) but now I have all the readings on there twice! And even after I've added the meal, it'll come up the next day as the last reading missing information.

Since the update the app wont sync any data!! Phone is always on wifi/4g & it still doesnt upload my readings so my gd care team can see them. I've had a new meter & unistalled/reinstalled numerous times & it still wont work. Not very good when this is a serious condition needing monitored by professionals!!

Was excited that it had stopped putting duplicates in! Now when I up date it delates the meals and med dosage from the day before! Really frustrating as on a sliding scale trying to find out what works. But do love the concept, messages and other details.

Worked well for 3 days then they did an update and it hasn't worked since. So frustrating and annoying as no one seems to be helping. Call and emailed the support team and 4 days later, still no response. This app just adds additional stress to an already stressful situation, especially being 36weeks pregnant with GDM.

Easy to use and syncs well. Love the messaging feature so my midwife can feedback directly on my results. Being able to save frequently eaten meals into your notes would be a useful tool for future but so far really impressed!

Tells me it hasn't uploaded my readings, so I upload them again and again until it uploads them. It then records duplicate readings that it "couldn't update". Often can't scan for my machine so has to be entered manually... kind of defeats the point.

Since the update this morning the app now doesn't work at all, just asks to re-sync but won't allow you to do that either. Wow, that was quick. I was contacted straight away, a solution given and now it works perfectly. Thank you gdm health 😊

Since the clock went forward, my readings have duplicated and the % goes down!! It's been days now and still not fixed!! This is supposed to be something useful not to add more stress and frustration on top of the gd related issues!!

Food diary disappears after updating as does medication dosage record. To my health care team it looks like I am not looking after myself or appear apathetic and lazy to recording. The blood glucose readings transfer over just fine though. It has the basis to be a really useful tool, just needs some issues ironing out.

It used to be fine but the update ruined it. After the update it took me 9 days for it to accept the reactivation code and now It never syncs data to diabetic team even though I'm always connected to WiFi. Its pretty pointless now

The app does not recognise the Bluetooth device although the phone itself does. Although the app has a feature to manually update the readings, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the app.

An app like this allowing the patients to record their readings and make note of their diet and sync with the healthcare team is definitely needed. But it can be so much more: 1) fix the bug that drops Bluetooth connection with the device every so often 2) fix the bug that uploads duplicated readings 3) allow deletion of entries by mistake 4) allow inserting manual entries in case forgetting to enter earlier 5) allow replying to the messages from the healthcare team 6) add note on insulin doses

For three days now the app hasn't worked and won't recognise any activation code. It is also a wasted opportunity, could be much more comprehensive and allow more actions, interactions and messaging.

As if having GD wasnt bad enough, we are forced to use this utter piece of rubbish app. For the last 4 months I am unable to both assign a meal type and update the meal details. If you update meal type, you then have to exit the reading, re enter the reading, and then update meal details. If you dont it just deletes everything you input. I have wasted so many hours of my life retyping meal details it's an absolute joke. I sincerely hope the NHS is not paying for this tripe.

Its ok does the job but would be better if we could leave brief message when we request a call, just updated this and now it wont open! Pfft so uninstalled and reinstalled but app won't accept my activation code now! Grrrrr!

Every time I sync the glucometer to add a reading the time is 1 hour off! The time shown on the glucometer is correct.
