As many users have reported, the playback option is poor. You can't choose the time period of the playback and you can only view in 1 hour window. Yet no update is available to address this.
Since my tablet updated this app I now can't remote my cctv system as before. It says fails to connect and it won't connect to my wifi. Please fix this ASAP as it worked perfectly fine before. Thank you.
i have issues with the playback mode. there is no "export" icon. still 1 star for me. i tried your other apps but same problem: in playback mode can't fix the time, and can't export the file.
Good day. Telephone Samsung S8+, after update of the program I have problem with the interface. When I choose playback option I can't see button ok in the bottom of the screen.
Just try to change password in app for a device, the horizental UI design didn't let me to even clear the field. He keyboard completely covers the area and I don't have access to the field at all
Took a while to get it working with Android 9. Have to select wired devices, go figure. Works the same. Just have to accept landscape viewing only.
Landscape mode distorts view. I often need to be able to distinguish letters and numbers which is now impossible since last update.
when installed on Samsung note9 battery is drained, even when application is not running. when checking battery usage this app causes Google play services to eat up battery power. I have uninstalled the app which resolves the problem. I am a CCTV engineer installing Dahua products but unfortunately I am unable to recommend this app to our clients at this stage.
Please fix the playback issue. The OK button does not appear when selecting playback time (Samsung galaxy 8). Many other users have raised this issue already.
Cannot connect to device using Wifi Config Network . Viewing over Internet is way too slow and useless when connected to the same wifi. What is the fix? Proper instructions? Same problem on gDMSS HD.
full screen live view not available. UI is only in landscape mode which renders it difficult to scroll with in the app
I have downloaded this program in this tablet but it stopped working when i tried to open the app so I uninstall and reinststall back in but was telling me it was already installed. How do I reinstall this.
Great app. Only thing is that on my s9 it will only work in landscape mode: compresses all cameras out of proportion.
I used to use this app on a previous phone but when they upgraded it I no longer can even figure out how to open it up it's a worthless app don't use it you destroyed your own product HD like you are dumb

after the new update, play back is not working well, can't select date other than on the same day and play back for just one hour back! Pls fix it!
I am using the application in Vivo V11 pro & MI 5A. In vivo doesn't connect live preiew when Mobile data activated connect with Wi-Fi only. In MI it connects in both mobile data and Wi-Fi. Please revert me about it
landscape view only, unmanaged options, problem while using , should be user friendly. view. upgrade plsssss

Guys they have made another app 'Gdmss plus' where u can set playback time and date of ur choice and can play in normal and portrait mode both.
good programme on all of my devices. except installs on my onda v820w dual os tablet. stops when programme is opened.
Looks nice but poorly executed. Frustrating to the point of being mostly useless.
Works good, but I can't modify the playback date and time period.
Screen ratio dasn't fit mobile phone scren. But on TV and tablet is ferfect fit.

Vers 3.5 looks promising, graphically. However, the app has stopped selecting replay time/date. There is a step missing from the app so that you can, in a convoluted way, select the date & time period but there is no button to confirm selection & commence playbacUnfortunately Dahua has a habit of not investing in its software and support & instead focuses on hardware development & sales. It doesn't seem to realises that good software & support will drive hardware sales. An urgent update is needed
