Works very good. Sometimes on my phone, it self close without any message, just close the application when I want to open some camera. But if I try again, then it works. Hope next update resolve this problem. In the past with other version I have same problem (self close the app) The app have a lot of function, the best is how easy is to move some camera from one phone to another one, very easy to create favorite, playback works easy, nice to organize if you have more dvr.
This app worked for me in about 1/2 hour of playing. I installed it on a Moto G3 with Android. I had to play and think a little bit, but I was able to view both my cameras right on my phone. I disconnected and reconnected multiple times to test the app. I was always able to connect. The thing I don't like is universal icons and no tool tips. Also the app screen is bigger than my phone screen so some icons are cut off. I have no doubt that some will struggle with this app. I'd love to be able to install this app on a laptop running Linux.
Interface everythings ok.. But The Video quality of live view is very poor in Mobile Phones, need a very detailed App updation immediately in this section. But Recorded Video Playback was "OK", but if that too got an improvement it would be great.
Changing resolution on a channel to HD results into black screen; need to change channel and go back to restore view -1*. Asks for position; this is spooky -1*. Deforms aspect ratio in portrait, does not allow 6 views (only 4 or 9), does not allow resolution change in landscape, does not rotate based on gravity sensor unless rotation button to turn right is enabled and then rotates back and forth, -1*.
Works fine for me. I've used it to view live, view recorded and download parts of recorded. You don't need to give it any permissions for it to work, but it will ask every time you open it. Wish you could sync playback time like the desktop app.
The app is unreliable, it takes several attempts to view cameras and will no longer select a camera when tapping twice. It used to be OK but it seems to be well overdue for some maintenance. I'm a bit sick of it.
It was good until the last version that forces you to give it permission for GPS data, WTH for?!?!?! why do you want to know where I am?, Not cool, too bad I cannot go back to the previous version, also app keeps crashing all the time and it takes a lot of tap to just see the damn camera image
Hi guys..... Been using this app for a some time now with no issues. Recently started experiencing problems where the app does not work on mobile data but only on wifi. Not on all phones but certain phones where it only works using wifi. Is it something to do with the software updates that the hauwei phones are doing or is there some other reason that I am experiencing this problem
It wsa working fine and proper for at time.. but since a long, plyaback is not working..w e can not jump on choosen time. If we are doing, app again replay from starting time.. not working tfor playback.. kindly do the needfull.
Works fast in the same network when I view the camera. But is very slow if you view from a different network even though both networks are high speed.. please inform what's the issue ??????
The app is not previewing my cameras in high definition anymore ever since the update. It used to work just perfectly fine and now it shows a black screen anytime I try to preview in a higher resolution.
It was working flawless for years. Now it crashed. Since few days It can not connect to cameras anymore.
Recently the display version is slightly modified. The 45 seconds backward clock symbol arrow is on the clockwise and whereas it should be anticlockwise which was correct in the previous version. Hope the symbol will get changed. Excellent.
Can not even connect to my cameras...always says error... What's the use of having this feature if the app does not do what it's suppose to do. I was told it was my router.... I was also told it could be my service provider... STILL DOES NOT WORK...
Not able to complete network configuration. Ensured everything about the configuration: password, gateway, other configurational settings. No hope. Can't able to view from Android App/ Phone.
Oh the pain, does any app actually work where you can playback historical footage from a previous day, other than 60minutes of the current time of playback. Clearly this app wasn't made for that purpose.
From last few months When I open app , it does not show any device. When I try to add device then it says device already exists. Ultimately I have to unstall & reinstall it. Then only I can add device. This happened with me for 2-3 times
the camera display doesn't work properly at times and we have to relaunch the app. also, the clarity function on the app blacks out the complete view.
Too many permissions and no help guide as to what the icons in the app do.. had to get my CCTV installer out fix problems caused by the app.. wish I could alternative simple app to work with my system
This app is crushing all the time! If I choose to see the cammeras on higher resolution a blank screen is displayed, no image! Please fix all the bugs in the app!
This app does not work properly. It plays live feed for maximum 2 to 3 mins then freezes the feed. Again to play live feel i have to restart the app completely.
I have been using this app for several years now with minimal trouble. As long as you have a good wifi and router you should have no problems.
Don't have fast features to see playback or different cameras. Sometimes fails to join also,not sending notifications for any movements.in short not easy-to-use.
This is the most useless app ever! For something that is supposed to be about security, the cameras never load, the playback is HORRIBLE, the time displayed doesn't synch up to the current time, and basically nothing on it works! It gives you absolutely no peace of mind by being able to check in on your home/business in real time. It is NEVER ever updated or has bugs fixed. It's like whoever developed it did so, and then just completely wiped their hands of it. Avoid it as much as possible!
