It was my first time I used this app to renew my family visa. And it was a wonderful experience. My family visas renewal was approved in just 1 day. Best part was if you have any doubt regarding app usage you can call center and they assist you immediately without any confusion. Call center even answers the call immediately. Rather than running behind typing centers visa renewal process was done through phone without any extra charges. And you can view application status anytime. Thumps up👍👍👍
I cant renew residency using this app. It says go to website, and the website is not designed well to sync my info, at least you can eid or uae pass to sync. Need to be more useful, one channel to renew id and residency is better than all these apps and websites.
I am having a very bad experience with this app. I have been trying to login into this app but it logs me out as soon as I click on any service. I have logged the complaint many times to fix this issue but my complaint is closed without resolving the issue. Once I am able to use the app properly I will update the rating accordingly.
"Could not find profile with given details" is the system message everytime I got when I tried to sign up for the app. I tried several times by scanning my Emitates Id and also manually entered my Id number and date of birth but couldn't sign up hence left trying anymore.
App is too buggy. Also please correct the problem when a pdf is uploaded in the residence entry permit application, the system automatically regenerates it as a low clarity jpg, which causes the application to get rejected or getting delayed in processing.
Poorly designed leading to bad customer experience. When attempting to apply for a visitor visa extension the app took payment but then failed to confirm completion of the application itself or provided an application reference number. I haven't received anything by email except payment confirmation.
Not upto the mark.. I read in news that one can apply for renewal of residence visa through this app. But nothing like that. The date system for knowing status is pathatic... Dont waste time on this app.. Really disappointed
Total Failure, I'm unable to login in this app (error - invalid credentials) . Through website my login is working. Also Mobile app doesn't allowing me to change my password , everytime it says please try later.
There's a bug in the app. When checking the status of residency, it shows the expiry date one month later than the actual expiry date
I cant loggin i tried to registered twice .this app is too frustrating that its not letting me to change the password keeps saying that invalid credential .please help me of possible.im struggling too much
very bad app... the site was better.. to make tour visa i have to deal with tourism office ... 10 years i am submitting my visa by myself.. but becausevof many error snd unfriendly confusing app i pay more by dealing with tourism office... this app is a good news for tourism offices only... please update
App used to work fine and then started crashing after Android Pie update. App is completely unusable now.
Please fix: (1) Medical fitness certificate is a mandatory document for kids below 18 years of age. (2) Father can't renew his 17 year old son's visa in contrast to the original limit of 18 years. (3) it doesn't support PDF format for documents whereas the user gets the Emirates ID application and Ejari documents in PDF format from the respective authorities. (4) The Visas expired after March are still shown as valid until 31 December 2020.
The app does not download, let alone open. It's too frustrating to use an app that is so much needed but not easily used. Plz do something about it 🤨

Unable to renew residence of my second wife. The app gives the message that I cannot sponsor more than one wife whereas both of my wives already have residence. I was able to process the same by visiting AMER service Centre.
Useless App! Despite giving all correct information it says user mismatch! Can't even check the residency status!!

It's not really working. Do things to improve a lot more. Turn it into a User friendly application like MOHRE.

Alot of bugs, once i created the account and i take the screenshot of my username but this application is showing your username is invalid.
Useless. When checking status it just says 'user mismatch' without explanation. At least this service works on the web. When trying to renew it simply says the service has been moved to a different URL. That URL is a web service that is useless. It fails at step 3 (review application) saying ' incorrect payment', but payment is not until step 4.
