Gear 360 for All

The app works on my LG V30 fairly well but I have to use direct WIFI to get it to function. It has a few bugs that still need to be worked out. I will continue to use it as long as I can overcome the issues. The app has not shut down on me even though it tells me it has stopped. I find it to be frustrating to work with but all in all a useable app. Direct WIFI is a little buggy but I feel confident that they are working on the app to make it more stable. Worth the 10 bucks? I can't get this application to work on my Pixel 3 nor could I when I had my Pixel 1. I hope I'm not charged either for this app because it's saying pay 9.99 for the app again. I did as the instructions said and deleted the old version and the new one still didn't work so I came back to try it again and the refund option was gone. This was like within 20 minutes after getting and well before the 2 hour time limit. I've had this 360 camera for over a year and never once have I had it to work.

doesn't work don't waste your money. keeps asking to connect to the WiFi but you can't as you can't get the password unless you switch to connect to ios but if you do that it disconnects and you can't reconnect unless you switch to connect to Android, it's a pointless circle. useless app should be removed from Google play.. charging 10$ for nothing is ridiculous.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The app works great on an s7, but is not compatible with any phone below s6. I have an s5, the app wouldn't launch, I emailed their customer support and got an automatic message telling me to email a separate entity for a refund. The email provided was invalid. I never received a follow-up email from a real person after the automatic email response already knowing I needed a refund. $10 gone, no customer support. I only know what happened because I called Samsung directly.

Several attempts with both options and requirements. Do not install on Samsung Ultra 20, caused problems with original app that partially worked and crashed it. Now trying to locate a partially working app again to get some use out of this brick.

It appears that this user is trying very hard to add support for phones that samsung will not. I appreciate the chance to try and use my phone with the camera but ultimately had to get a refund because none of the options worked.

I'll update my review if i get it installed correctly on my Pixel 2 XL. in the meantime, it installs but effectively crashes whenever i try to launch the camera or access the photos. it constantly launches my wifi settlings and asks to connect manually.

I wish you good luck. Did not fix the gallery crash issue on note 20 ultra. Keep working on this a lot of people want this to work. If you get it working for 2016 gear 360 and note 20 ultra I will but it again.

This app is just links to other apps your have to install (unknown sources) pretty dodgy to me. Which still didn't work, And no way to get a refund. I've just put the lost money as a life lesson, don't make the same mistake I did, save your money. I'm amazed this is allowed on the play store.

Excellent it works like a charm, gets my phone connected in no time... hassle free and great option... is that or browse in an infinite amount of web pages... worth the price. KUDOS!

Totally disappointed! Fake app, I couldn't even connect phone with camera. There is an email address for support and refund and when I asked for refund I got massage that email address doesn't exist!

the worsed ,every time i try to open the app all i get is " samsung gear has stopped working" when i try to restart all i get is "this app keeps stoppin". don't waste your money like i did.

The app opens a Google drive page where you have to download some 3rd party apks... Surprise surprise, it's the apks from the free xda forum. They don't work on Android 9 and newer so don't bother

well i was hoping it would work for my Samsung s 5 or moto droid z but i had no luck , just waiting for a refund of my 20 bucks i used due to the fact that i had to buy it twice for each phone am hoping at somepoint they'll make it compatible with my phones .

you have 2 hours to ask for a refund? but it took me all day with customer support. and they couldn't get my phone working with this camera! worst app and camera ever. going to return this camera and buy the Kodak vr camera. it has way better reviews!

Great idea. Unfortunately Samsung won't even allow me to connect the Gear 360 (2017) in the Bluetooth menu.

Doesn't work. Absolutely no support even after following up for five months. Claimed refund of payment, since app not working. No response. Please don't buy this app and waste your money

This app is useless it just gives you a link to cracked versions of Gear360 Samsung app. The same one you can find in on XDA developers forum.

I regret I've purchased this app ! It is just a bug. It needs to be developed for all devices in real. It didn't work ☹️ with my Huawei Mate 7.

Worse app ever I have not heard from this app makers..be warned this guys just want your money they don't have an app this app is the worst waste of money that I have ever EVER had the misfortune to buy I needed this app for security purposes but thank to this guys I lost everything..

The app none of the versions works on my device besides, I sent an email to get my money back and it tells me that the email doesn't exist

Fraud. The app doesn't work. I was promised a refund almost amonth ago. Now they dont even reply to my emails.

360 camera does not pair with Bluetooth on Samsung Ultra 21 phone. 360 camera is old.
