I would very much appreciated if ambient Sound worked even if it doesn't sense it is being used correctly, I can't count the amount of times I had to fiddle with it in my ears to get the Ambient sound mode to work and I also occasionally hear Type of beep sound in the left one as if it's about to loose connection or something, it interferes with the music so I would like to be able to just turn off that stuff, also could we have a feature where Ambient sound gets turned on automatically

I Really like the shape and stile of the IconX. But that's as far as it gets. The app is practically unusable. You can change the volume of the earbuds. You can't even see the battery status. Please update it and add even the basic features

This was one of the biggest wastes of money buying these ear buds. The app, when it did open, wouldn't work on my non Samsung phone. Now on my new non Samsung phone, the app won't even open. I can not adjust the volume or do anything else with these stupid ear buds because they're so picky about your finger movements or just being in your ear, they stop playing it do funny things as you do daily activities such as sit as your desk and type away... I'm beyond frustrated.

You must first download the Galaxy Wearable app then you will be prompted to download the correct plugin for your particular smart device. This is just the plugin for the IconX ear buds. It has no function without the main app. It works great on my Motorola phone

Broken since Android 11 Every since upgrading to Android 11, this app crashes (from the background) any time I connect my earbuds. Heart rate no longer functions, nor does the ambient sound feature.

One problem is that the application for my phone, which is Xiaomi, does not work properly when I try to transfer the main handsfree from left to right, and it keeps telling me that it needs to be charged. Please help.

ZERO STARS! Newer phones don't have the support for these products, apparently. Samsung and their million apps for every product is a Rats Nest I no longer care to untangle.

App cant b found or open...might b a plug in somewhere just make it easier to access like a launch control tap or something....installed with the iconX 2018...plz help

Won't let me click on it and don't know why. Once downloaded it doesn't even say open on it. I can't find the wearable app either for some reason

I have Andriod 9 software and I downloaded this app but it is no where to be found on my phone ? Very strange. I don't even have an open app option through the app store

Doesn't connect to the earbuds, it's completely useless

HOW TO USE THIS: 1.) install the main Galaxy Wearable app 2.) install this; it will calibrate the main app to be used for the buds 3.) connect the buds from your BLUETOOTH screen, NOT from the app 4.) the app will then function and can be found in your phone as "Galaxy Wearable"

After installing the app, it says, uninstall? Any way, app is not working for last 4 to 4 days.

Waste of money and one of the worst product from samsung it will connect only for samsung devices please update the app for useful to all mobile

Odd... I just got a non galaxy phone and although earbuds still work, I cannot find the app anywhere

waste of money and time if your app doesnt work pull it down already or fix the problem lazy samsungs support fix it for Android

I can't even find the app once installed, let alone pair the earbuds!

Samsung provides the worst customer service I have nothing but issues with them
