UPDATE: noticing that lately there are latency issues in the game. This is frustrating as it suddenly stops in the middle of a match. I've noticed this happening either on Data or Wifi. Can you check servers that hold the Middle East area if there are any problems? OLD REVIEW: So far so good. What I just notice is the Interface of the game is quite slow and not that clear. It is already set at the highest setting but still notice that it's not smooth.
The game is really good but there is sometimes a lag while playing the game. The gameplay gets stuck and then continues after a second or two which is frustrating a bit. Could you please fix it so that the internet doesnt keep on going off since my internet connectivity is very good so i dont think its the problem with my connection. Otherwise a very enjoyable game.
Cool game. Freezes during gameplay, but is great during practice. A lot of glitching and freezing. I have fun playing it, but tired of losing because it glitches so much. It is also a pay to win game. You can get so far, then you're matched with much stronger players. Usually ones who more than likely pay to win. In other words, spends actual money for buffs and upgrades. Other than all that. I enjoy playing it.
This is actually a very fun game that manages to implement the more annoying aspects of mobile gaming quite well. However... It consistently fails to find my account info and forces me to create a new one constantly. Thankfully I can restore my progress through my Live account, but what if I didn't have one? Beyond having to redo the tutorial every time I log in, I would also lose any purchases. Until this bug is fixed, I cannot recommend this otherwise fun game.
I really like this game. However the ranking balance is atrocious. I am not the only person who got to level 10 and started getting out leveled by higher level opponents. You have to level up a lot of pins in order for your base to level up so I should not have to lose 9/10 times to bases 3 levels higher than me. A completely unbalanced game! How do you expect me to win when the enemies are all up to 5 levels higher!
Game could be a very good one,if they cared enough to fix the bugs. Crashed many times, and asks for an update, that doesn't exist.... I had to uninstall and download the game every time it needs to update. Also,the scores in the battle are not balanced good.These two big franchises can do much better. Still has a chance to become top game, if they put little bit more effort into it👍
Used to be a fun game but now there are so many things wrong. Winning streak bonuses are cut short so even if you win 5 games in a row, you are only rewarded for a 2 or 3 streak run. The medal win/loss is broken and there is serious lag even when using the best WiFi. Rewards hardly seem worth praising and the game has basically become another pay to win game. All of the overall value that originally made the game fun is pretty much gone. Graphics are the only thing that is still worth while.
It's a fun game, but it's really buggy. I took off two stars because of the bug problem. I can't count how many times I've had winning battles totally wasted with no reward given because the game froze in the end. They have hammers, which are battles you do with your crew, and they're the worst with bugs. The game freezes and you not only can't get your reward, but you can't get that hammer back either to try again. It's infuriating. Other than that, I like it.
Super fun game, but far too few spots for chests that take far too long to open discourage actually playing the game consistently. I get that they are trying to push people into paying to speed up the process and that that is pretty much standard practice at this point, but this seems particularly egregious. Also, it would be nice if there was an unranked mode (besides Practice) to test out new team comps and strategies without worrying too much about losing.
I recently started playing the game and let me tell you it's been amazing! Then it became a nightmare and godawful with all these bugs. Never seen so many in a game. 1. My daily arena bundles just completely disappeared. I no longer get the option to spend ridiculous amounts of money. 2. Loading this game takes a solid 10 minutes! Constantly closing app and reloading only to do the same thing a million more times. 3. Horde is almost impossible to finish continously disconnected..
Interesting game play. I do enjoy playing. But several times the matches are super laggy, to the point I can't even place a character because it won't catch up and the opponent wins. Playing only on wifi with fiber optic speeds, there should be a forced ping count or something to either level the playing field or boot you both out of the match (with no losses on stats) due to ping errors.
It is an okay game. Yes it is new, yes it is lacking, yes there needs to be improvements. The lag/delay of versus makes it IMPOSSIBLE to play (mainly with others connected with their Xbox account), which makes me not want to play as much as I would like. All in all, the game has potential. I like it, but would love to love it!
They game is fun, but it definitely needs some work. The graphic quality is not the greatest. The characters look fuzzy, if that makes sense, but with that the performance is not the greatest either. The menus are laggy and slow, you csn definitely tell the fps is reslly low. The matchmaking is okay, not the best, but not the worst. Horde mode is pretty freaking cool hopefully they keep dding stuff to it. Looking forward to the future !
The game is fun, but there are a lot of elements that are clearly geared (no pun intended) towards hindering you to try and get you to pay for coins and gold. I understand the desire to make money, but there is too much that holds you back. Even matchmaking seems to take drastic leaps in opponent difficulty right at the most convenient moment for the game. I tried to shrug this thought off when I first started playing the game, but it's only gotten worse over time.
Horrible pay to win game. I've been playing the game for about a month or 2. I've made it all the way to bronze league but here you'll experience the first period of loss after loss. Every player who forks out the cash has character pins on level 11 or above and I only have characters pins at level 3 to 7. Players who have played longer than you have the advantage that they have had time to collect pins and upgrade over time. The matching system is completely horrible for new players.
I'd like to start off by saying I dont like phone games but when I heard about this I had to get it because of the gears franchise. It's an overall really well rounded game. The fact you can sync your xbox account with it and play on any device pretty much and lose no progress is great as well. The only thing I wish was improved would be the notification alerts. Horde mode requests should be able to be shown as an alert when app is not open. Can be pay to win.
Does not start. The initial loading screen freezes at 9% until a connection symbol pops up. I have tried multiple Wi-Fi connections, as well as my phone's data connection. I have even tried resetting my phone and my connections, as well as re-installing the app multiple times, so I can confidently say that the issue is not on my side. I cannot even properly report the issue through their website since the issue happens before I can view the game's options for the Support Code. Needs fixed ASAP
Great game till you play horde mode. More than half the time the game freezes after the first round. I literally left my phone on a loading screen for 15 to see if the game would find the error on its on. My download/upload is 120+, so connection isn't the issue. Other than horde mode, the game is great. It's even more enjoyable that I get to earn actual achievements for Xbox.
Really good cellphone game. The co-op horde works excellent and it can be really fun with a buddy. However the bad thing is that you cant personally invite a friend, you can invite your clan and somebody else might join. Also you cant versus with your friends. The 2 things need to be fixed because they will make the game that much better. The game doesnt even have adds! its excellent!
