Good app but I don't receive my notifications anymore. They're all turned on and when I used to receive them I didn't like that I would receive my notifications a day later for deposits and so on.
It is great for on the go. Can pay bills and what not. The down side is that it DOES NOT allow to pay on the principal to my accounts (e.g. mortgage and car payments). Come on guys this would be great have given up trying to call in with push this button then this button to get to a person on the phone to set up a principal payment.
needs to be able to transfer to accounts of other Gecu account holders. everyone offers that service via app except this bank. Zelle doesn't work anymore for Android users
Great app i like that i can scan my finger to log in instead of putting my password plus its really easy to navigate and make payments or transfers. I've had other bank apps and they seem to make them not as practical as this one. One thing that i would like for them to add would be sending money to other accounts.
I like everything about this app besides the fact that at times when I try to login it says it cannot display my information as well as when it has trouble reading my fingerprint. Another thing that can be fixed is the debit card turn off or on option, fix those issues and this app would be perfect considering the fact that you can check deposit, and transfer money!!!
App is going ,but does not always show most recent balance updates and shows more money than what you really have in the checking account instead showing the true available balance sometimes. I have to be doing my own math because then I pull the money out and get a whole $30 fee the next day and it turns to a mess. I usually have to do calculations to know my real balance the app be lieing.
App is very easy to use and has a simple layout. Can check account information, pay bills, make transfers, deposit checks, along with other functions. I use this app daily and the only time I've experienced any issues is during an update, but those are quick.
Living out of El Paso is great with the GECU app. It's user friendly, secure and easy to navigate. I like being able to upload checks if necessary and having Zelle for misc transactions is extremely helpful. Get this app!!
Excellent, saves time not having to go to the bank. Quick and easy.
DOESN'T allow to temporarily disable debit card IF needed!! Or IMMEDIATELY alert by text or email when transactions are made (like purchases)! Also when updating app, you NEED to reenter your username and password instead of simply using finger print! BIG hassle updating! Please FIX these ISSUES! All credit unions and bank apps SHOULD have good, working apps!!!😔
I work 24 hours sometimes this app change my life stile ,I pay everything on time and I can do it anytime of the day thanks.
Overall pretty good. Sometimes says information cannot be displayed when I try to login after a certain hour. sometimes the app lags or is slow to respond but other than that for the most part it is very great and helpful.
I don't know what I would do without this app! Notifications tell me when my balance is low, when deposits have been made. It allows me to budget my money and even allows me to link up with other banks and vendors to make paying my Bill's easier.
Super app! Convenient and a life saver. Can see account balances when needed, easy to transfer funds from one account to another. It would be a terrific addition to be able to use the pay bill function.
App won't allow me to log in saying there is an error and they can't show my information and it happens literally everytime i check it just once every blue moon it allows me to actually check my information. This didn't happen like a month a go but now it won't stop
I dont know if its the app or the bank but the only thing I dont like, is that transactions go through, then later on that same day or the next day, the money is deposited back and I assume I have that money because the transaction does not show, so my account isn't REAL TIME updated :/ Other than that GECU has excellent customer service and have had them for years 👍
Every option has an easy to use and understand system. Well organized and simple design is appreciated. Almost all transactions I have to do, I can take care of in minutes right through the app.
I loved the app.....At first! Its great when it works! But its like at the most important times "it cannot display your information at this time". Also app error!!!! 😡 drives me bonkers! If im at the store & need to transfer money in a hurry, it decides not to work. Fix it!!!!!!!
Very user friendly- easy to navigate. Allows many banking transactions to be done.
Suddenly cannot log in, app just sits at the login screen and glitches a little when I press sign in. Requires a full reinstall to work. score lowered even further because of infuriating banking habits that I cannot work with because I don't have a job. this is not a bank for anybody who does not have a steady income.
The app is horrible. It really gives you no info about your account at all. I can't get anything done that I need to.

Sometimes it takes a while to see a purchase on my transactions especially Sundays but idk if that's a lag or its a bank thing. Apart from that I've Never have an issue, always able to deposit checks and check my accounts!
