GeekBuying does not like shipping to the UK. AliExpress WILL ship to the UK. Why???
purchase is not as easy as im used too. Tried to buy a web cam. I even set up account so I can buy more stuf. Put credit card info in with shipping address to finalized the purchase. Or so I thought. A few days later my card was not charged. It still showed,pending payment. Got an email stating they need a copy of my ID and card to finalize purchase. I've never had to do that before. By the time it was done, too late. Have to buy again, although sale price ended. Never again.

Throughout 3 years, they have never missed a delivery, not a single product malfunctioned and support was always there to answer questions. They often offer coupons, which sometimes staff intervention in order to be usable. Buying through the app offers supplementary discounts. The manuals are mostly in English, though I had some experiences when they only came in Chinese - a fix was always provided in these cases. Prices are generally low.

I had a great experience with using these guys. No problem on shipment or delivery. all on time. TBH i was a little unsure at the start and worried that it might not process but it was seamless. I've only bought one item (watch 250e) off them so not sure if it will be the same but I can say that I do trust them so far. Hope that helps.
This is the worst app i ever used for online shopping. The customer service is awful. And they dont have any respect and responsibility when you buy a product from them. I was waiting nearly for a month after purchasing an item and at the end I asked where my order was and they told me that for now there is no such a product left. I don't recommend it to anyone. Very unhappy!!!!!!!!!
App is ok but service very bad. Had a very bad experience with a purchase I made with them. Bought an electric bike and it arrived damaged. Wire to the motor was broken during the shipment. They did not solve the problem. If you want to get in contact with them you have to call in China. They say they will help but don't give service. Be careful with purchases and hope nothing goes wrong. They can have good deals but terrible customer service.
Great app for online shopping. (Ships world wide) I can manage all my orders and account settings via this app. Ordering is straight forward and easy. The best part is receiving notifications on orders and support tickets. There are many unique products that are only sold (or shipped world wide) by GeekBuying and can't be found anywhere else. This is a great app and store to find good quality products from Xiaomi, Huawei and other Chinese brands.
the customer support is very helpful. the one i dealt with was professional, curtious, and helpful. She helped chased up my order with the warehouse and helped expediate the shipment. And when she found the items did not have enough stock from a warehouse, she checked from another warehouse to help fulfilled my order. That's good service…thanks :)
Not a bad app or website. Whenever you order though, expect a long delay as it is coming from China. All in all, not a bad experience apart from about a 2-3 week wait period. They even contacted me afterwards to see if I got my package. Recommended.👍
Don't buy anything from them Very slow customer service response, i ordered a gadget and after waiting 10 days for it to ship i was told by them that it is not available and we don't know when it will be available, when i requested to cancel my order and refund the payment i received no response from them! First time to buy from them and definitely the last time
What a rubbish.... 5 times I had tried to buy and pay for item and all 5 times they show me Payment failed. With my bank it was all OK, and geekbuying customer service suggested me to use another credit card and try again after 2 weeks 😂😂😂. Well done, that's how you do the business. Thanks you are not special and only one on the market.
Bought 3 times, twice flawless, on the third I had unreal issues that caused my order to be delivered with a 50 days delay. However they managed to fix things so the final evaluation is still positive. Would recommend.
Please have a payment method that supported paypal balance. Needed gadgets but only had paypal balance at the moment as i was located in the philiphines so no cashcard. I rate it back to five if this suggestion was taken over

Used to be good but it has really gone downhill recently. Most items don't even ship to my country. Edit: There is no order number. I haven't ordered anything since the start of the pandemic because you don't offer shipping to my country for most items.
Very helpful during the times where the stock was low and really tried their best to help me with my order, even offering a refund when I was waiting due to manufacturer delays. Was not disappointed by their service and would recommend them.
Expensive expensive. Products that i waslooking for are not sold here. Like samsung phones. It list the cover. No phones. I am tried other phone search. You be better off buying from alocal store. After paying expensive product plus expensive express shipping cost. Plus have to wait anywhere from 10 to 15 business days. Fyi.. business days start from monday to friday. Weekend dont count biz days.
I cannot remove an item from the trolly and this confuses my order. Secondly your payment system is poor as I have tried three times to make a payment with a credit card.
When trying to chat with customer service the keyboard doesn't pop up. Can't type nothing! What is that?
