Gego needs to fix the app. Keeps signing out by itself and tells me that the sign-in is wrong. Only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall it every single time the phone has been shut off and restarted. A bloody inconvenience when you're trying to see where the baggage is.
Very AWESOME TRACKER. They are constantly improving and adding new features. So far it gives you directions, has a refresh button and also can change the uses on the battery. Overall great product and app so far always making an improvement.☺
Great luggage tracker. Works well. Used on a trip to Florida and was great. Knew where the luggage was at all times. I have tried other trackers which have not worked well but this app is great and works.
Find another tracker. The app will keep logging you out when you need it, then when you log back it in you will get an error telling you your information is wrong, so then you will use the forgot password and it still wont work... Day or 2 later it magically works. Also you can't track with a computer... Only phone app when it wants to work.
This tracker is amazing! I'm using it to track my expensive bike as it travels with me . It definitely gives peace of mind knowing where it is. Sometimes I even get Bluetooth connection while I'm on the plane! I won't travel without it!
A very happy user. I am thinking of buying a second one. Not sure when. Updated 15/08/2019: Bought 2 more. To get the 5th 🌟, it would be good to have more solid colour options for the skin, such as royal blue, green, yellow and orange.
At first i found that was so hard to activate the device and connects it to my phone, but the 5 stars are going to the customer services team They are very supportive and will guide you patiently during the activation time After tried several times but still couldnt connect to the network, Gego team decided to send me the replacement device In the meantime, i still tried to activate the device, and finally its been activated They also gimme additional service plan for free
Total junk! Can NEVER find my gego device. Constantly says not found, please ensure its turned on - how???? If I had it I wouldn't be looking for it!!!! Struggles to find it qhe within 1m and after 30 minutes it's gone again never to return.
Worthless. Waste of my money. *First notification the day I arrived at airport 3 miles from my house on Thursday. *NOTHING when I landed in L.A., Cal on Thurs Lax, *NOTHING on Friday LAX to Amsterdam/ Athens NOTHING on Sunday's ferry ride from Athens to Mykonos. **Now it's Tuesday. Have been at Mykonos hotel for 2 days now. Literally just got notification my suitcases left my home town airport in Prescott and it landed in Amsterdam. AND THE APP WON'T LET ME CANCEL THE MONTHLY PLAN!!!
App works but when trying to personalise by taking or adding a photo the app just shuts down not to clever. Have sent off details of what is happening we will see what happens.
One of my trackers drained battery quickly. Emailed sent in English but got an answer in Spanish. Now that this defected tracker totally doesn't work despite of charging for over 12 hours. Phone app says location not available.
Location is inaccurate at best unless you are within bluetooth range. Battery life is inaccurate.
When it works, it is good. But it routinely refuses to accept a valid password creating unnecessary hassle. Despite developer's response, the issue isn't fixed.
Update - after several hours, my tracker has activated properly and now seems to work. Yet to see its performance.
I was enthusiastic about this device before I discovered a few flaws. I contacted GEGO support via app and they promptly fixed the flaws.
Never got my tracker to work. The app errors out/crashes quite a bit.
I love it! Saves a lot of time and no worries as to location

It's great when it works, but its pretty sporadic. Sometimes Takes hours to update locations.
This device is an utter waste of money. It just doesnt work in any way other than bluetooth. The app is junk. There is no way to easily view when the device last polled or where it was. I bought this to track an international shipment but ive not had a location report in weeks Dont bother, the tech obviously isnt there yet edit: to confirm on the below. I did that. I logged the case, they gave up on fixing it and I was told to just return the device. Given that it took 5 weeks to arrive (I bought it new from a retail store on ebay), and I was leaving the country in a fortnight that just wasn't possible. So the one reason I bought it, I couldn't use it for. $250AUD for a bluetooth tracker is ridiculous..
