Hope the app is not like health benefits - not good. You think as big as GEHA is they should have invested in better IT. Been with BCBS since 2005 and switched over this year for 2022. So far my experience with the GEHA website and app issues-not good, I am not liking GEHA already. I hoping the health benefits outweigh and are better than their app and website. Disappointed and some how feeling that I am eagerly waiting for next open season to switch back to BCBS even if they cost a bit more.
App has potential, but not all needed features are included yet. Doesn't list all copays. Right now, you can view your ID cards, co-pays, and how much of your deductible has been spent. Those seemed to work fine. To be useful, at a minimum it needs to also have the doctors search, EoB viewing, submit a claim in-app, plan documents, and the Vision Connect and LabCard IDs. To be a great app, it needs to include the rest of your personal features, such as the gym membership thing.
App is horrible. When it worked, it was fine. Then one day it stopped working, and I'm no longer able to log in. Tried clearing cache and data, force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. It's broken. I contacted GEHA to let them know it wasn't working and their response was "there haven't been any reports about problems with the app." What did they think my email was? If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Great when it works, but I haven't been able to log in for days. Login issues have always been an issue and it is extremely frustrating.
Deleting app. Unable to log in. They send a verification code ,but there's no place to enter it!
Unable to log in anymore. It keeps asking to update but there is no update available.
The app has a clean and simple design. So far, so good! Looking forward to GEHA adding more features such as viewing EOB. I would really like the ability to see my other family members' (children's specifically) claim info too if there is a secure way to do so.
"Error occurred during authentication" even after I just created a user name and password in the website. Seems to be a problem for others too. I really had high hopes for this app...maybe after I actually get to use it my opinion will change.
App keeps telling me to update but never shows an update avaiable. Even uninstalled and reinstalled.
works great. allows you to view id cards, see basic plan info, progress toward deductibles, covered members ,and copays hopefully they add provider search capability in the future. But its not hard to do that on their website anyway. This app does what its supposed to, the negative reviews are mostly people complaining that the app won't allow them to do things that it is not meant to do.
Worked perfectly for me on Samsung Galaxy S10. Very fast. Display of claims is much easier to filter than the website. I can quickly see my deductible and verify medical provider estimates. I did not use the fingerprint login.
This APP IS USELESS...it's been "updating your experience" for 3 months. FIX IT.
Have never logged in succesfully to the app. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no luck. Says "Server Error - MemberToken must be specified". My account works fine and I can log in through the website fine.
The app has abysmal performance and is difficult to navigate. Although I set the app up to default to fingerprint authenticate for login, the settings routinely reset.
Which this app gave you the option of not only finding care in you local area but also starting the appointment process which would help tremendously. Especially when during this time of covid-19 most people would like to spend less time sitting in the waiting room at the doctor's office wearing a mask. While this let's you find the contact info for the doctor's office, many want you to call on specific days if you're a new patient 😒 just so you can jump through the hoops.
Logging in worked fine. App has been updated to include dental coverage, so now i can have all of my insurance information on my phone instead of cluttering my wallet. Very convenient. 😀
Migrated login months ago. Suddenly, it will no longer authenticate within the app. Only way to log in is via the browser interface. What a waste!
App is broken. Can't sign in at all.
App crashes when I enter my user credentials. Have also tried on iphone. Same thing. I'm guessing GEHA has given up on this app. There are no comments in the reviews from the Social Care Team since 2019.
Have used it for years. New update appears to be stable with exception of migrating over from old to new. One wish is for the application to show home state providers found as a primary criteria.
Just installed this app today and having issues creating an account on it. My password and email work fine on GEHA website but not on app. Confusing when asking what relationship to subscriber is. Not sure who's name to put in block following this block, relationship or subscriber name. Will probably uninstall app.
I can't even get on to the app, what the hell!!! Fix the problem please.
Does not let me log in. It tells me "error occurred during authentication" every time I try. I've reset my password and checked it multiple times. Even reinstalled it. Nothing works
I have tried logging in repeatedly with the same User Name and Password I use for the GEHA full website and mobile website. I keep getting an error message. Does using the app require establishing a separate account with a different username and password?
This app is not for your phone. I tried to create a new account, but it is too small. You cannot make the page bigger. I am not sure why you would have a phone app if you can't use it on your phone. I just installed it today and it has updated 3 times already.
Really like GEHA as a company and wish the app would work but unfortunately it is unusable on my pixel 4a. I get an error message when trying to log in saying "Server Error: MemberToken must be specific."
This is a fairly worthless app. I have had lots of medical plan apps over the years. If I can't look up physicians and clinics and view my visits what good is the app.
I always get an error message when I attempt to sign in, which doesn't happen when I go through the website. Update 6/23/21: still sucks
like the clean & simple design. Would like to see the ability to view claims. To be able to submit claims and ask questions would be great!
The features (ID card, tracking spending, etc.) are helpful. But the login experience could be better (it often fails to process my fingerprint).
