Love Gemporia and have always used the app for my purchases. Always found it really easy to use. Just updated the app and the programme schedule has been removed. That's annoying because I always checked it to see if there was going to be an "Iolite hour" or "Baltic amber hour", then if I was at work I could casually take a toilet break! I think I'm going to save a lot of money! To improve the app you could update the presenters. *Just noticed button is still there but now invisible.
Definitely the upgrade is causing problems I've had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times even been in contact with tech support. It now insists on the phones Web address which isn't the log in address. refuses to recognise correct details. Now error codes. Hey guys your coding is the error it's causing a conflict with the basic coding of the original set up I don't code but I recognise a coding conflict. Bet its been written for iPhone without android patch. It's a common fault on nhs apps.
They are very efficient at taking your money, but if there's a problem it's your hard luck. My partner bought me a pink spinel ring from this outfit costing over £300. I rarely wore it because it was so expensive, about 6 times, and a stone fell out. They wouldn't repair it unless I paid, only 6 months warranty it seems. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Hate the new update, on android anyway, not sure if it's different on iPhone . You can no longer see the ERV so when you look through what's coming up you have no idea if you're going to be able afford the jewellery so it's a waste of time to keep watching if you want something as it may be out of reach when it comes on. It's also gone back to not allowing you to look at items that are sold out - so if someone has changed their mind you can't have had a closer look and be prepared to buy
Regrettably after twice downloading the app - repeatedly using the app's filter - I knew exactly what I was looking for - the site insisted on showing me what I did NOT want. I try to be precise in my searches, particularly as I have sight problems. I am now uninstalling it.
App says items are "not part of [my] collection" when I scan the authenticity certificate QR codes (which is the only reason I downloaded the app; I want to know more about the gems), because I didn't buy the items (they were gifted to me). Customer support has been contacted, if this gets fixed I will change the rating.
Usually the App works great and it's my preferred viewing option, however recently I just can't get into it, it just shows "checking for updates" and buffers. Is this an issue my end (mobile network) or with you?
Love my app for quick purchases.. Since the last update, I'm unable to view in full screen without the toolbar on the side which is really frustrating and intrusive....
The App works well, and quickly enough for me. I've had no real issues, only when the weather is stormy, as we live out in the countryside, things can become slower.
Great service, I've been buying jewellery off them for a few years now no problems with anything. And the value is amazing, a few of my high end rings I have had valued and they are over three times the value I paid for them.
It's great that there is the option to enlarge the products. The app provides more info on each product than what you'll get on the live shows.
First time downloaded app to get 10% off offer. However upon downloading it details previous purchases which i have not purchased and two items in my basket that i have never seen before. Will not allow me to delete items from my basket / see order history real time .
I love gems TV. The app before I had to reinstall was brill. Could look at all my collection at the touch. Since downloading again I have no certificates to look at even after receiving new orders for my account. Can this be sorted please?
Since updating this app I no longer have access to my basket so I miss out on many auctions. NOT happy! I click on the blue plus sign and I get kicked out of the app so I cannot complete my order(s).
Rubbish!!! Since updating 2 days ago I've had problems trying to buy, lost out on so many items because I can't check out!! Very annoying.
Of over 60 apps on my phone this is by far the most professional and the easiest to navigate, absolutely brilliant. Richard, Kilmarnock.
I have bought so much from you over the years and really need to access 'My Jewellery'. It's not accurate and the photos don't appear, which is what I need (desperately). Please sort this. Thank you Sharon
I agree with Deb. It's part of the fun seeing the Erp. And I also would like to see what had sold out. I love Gemporia and have a very large collection thanks to them but let us see all the details please.
u Unable to access my jewellery into as keeps asking me to download app which I already have, which only opens the live shows. Searches have never worked properly either.
Quick & easy to use. Every purchase I have made, the jewellery when I I recieve them is more beautiful in real life than they show on tv.
Oh love love this app. I've treat myself to a few items. I'm a Magpie where sparkles are concerned. Good for gifts for my family too, so easy to use.
I got some gorgeous jewellery from them the girls on the phone when I phoned up too put my order in were so helpful and the order was sent out quick as well the stuff I got was even nicer looking than seeing it on tv ill be buying from them again
Why isn't there a viable search for previously shown items on the app.Not interested in listening to the items on sale but am looking for a previous necklace,no search no can find,sad😢
I find the app very easy to use and to find what you're looking for. Once you have registered your details it's very easy to order and checkout.
Usually a good app but wasn't able to go to basket without the app crashing. I deleted the app and now I can't download it again

Nice simple app spoiled by latest update. The fact that the video now bounces around the screen depending on what you select is very distracting & was essentially a pointless exercise of the developers skills. An option to revert to the static video would be appreciated. Other than the above, have no issues with the app & use it regularly.
