Constantly crashing due to not being able to to find a connection. I'm at my local library with my wifi turned on and your stupid app still refuses to load things properly, it forced me to sign back in where I get the same pop up message every single time I try to do something. " There was a issue loading this information. Please check your connection and try again." I shouldn't have to check my connection (Which works perfectly fine I'll add) just to use your app. Gemr fix your app
I wanted to leave a good review on this app before it shut down. I had a blast and met tons of incredible people! It was fun to show off my collection, look at other people's awesome collections, and to talk with others who had similar interests. I never had any issues with the app not loading or not responding like some of the other reviews say, maybe I was just lucky? But I suppose all good things must come to an end. I wish this app could've been around just a little longer!
I REALLY love this app, its great, easy to understand and has really helped me sort my collection and show it to people that actually care! its also great to see other peoples collections too as i see awsome items that i never even knew existed! the only reason i gave it four stars instead of five is that it takes quite a while for me to list my items- if it will let me list them at all (sometimes its quick to list them, sometimes it just keeps loading... and loading... and loading).
I love this concept, totally hooked. I did not like how the app doesn't load the most recent photos when trying to add items to my collection. It will load slightly older photos. Also, I would really like the badges to show a short description of what each badge means by clicking on it or holding them down to pop up.
there doesn't seem to be any way of editing a collectikn once you have made one. The help section is there but was last updated in 2015...so needless to say it does not apply to current versions. Waiting to hear from a member of their team before I uninstall.
I used to love this app... Until the last update. I haven't been able to login and can't even open the app. I have sent in my phone specs and hopefully the issue can be fixed. Using a Pixel 2 XL.
Couldn't finish signing up because i was required to subscribe to three "clubs," but only one aligned with my collecting interests, and only very broadly. Would probably use the app if the "club" was skippable.
So this app is amazing, BUT lately I've been having trouble even opening it. I tried everything to keep it from crashing but nothing worked. I even uninstalled then redownloaded it.
Still takes a while to upload pictures.. are you guys going to allow us upload videos in the future? Also allow people to slide the pictures on the main page when people open the app or atleast do something to let people know that there's more than one picture instead of them having to click on the picture in-order for them to see the rest of the pictures.
Love the concept, but it has a few flaws. Crashes often. Needs bulk editing options and a way to sort items.
Not opening! Was working fine since November 2019, and just goes to a white screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Same issue. Note 10 plus. Great app when it worked.
This app is really dysfunctional. It either takes 5oo ling to load up or doesnt save changes, OR it posts things before you've submitted them. This thing is just terrible. Uninstalling.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I uninstalled the app because it was acting slow, then I reinstalled the app, but now I cannot even open the app at all. I used to be able to post my collection of action figures, but now I can't open the app nor can I log on to the official Gemr site.
This app/ website was amazing sad to see that it had to go.I dont think theres any other app like this one. Had such a great community and the chances of you being the only one collecting something certain was about impossible really loved this site spent alot of time on it hope to see it up again sooner or later I'll be waiting. :)
Very cool app to show off your collection and also buy collectables you need. Only thing I'd like change is that when you earn a new award I wish it would tell you how you earned it insted of a icon
I love this app coz I like showing off my collection to like-minded people unlike posting on other social media where non-collectors will either ignore your post or judge you. I didn't give it 5 stars though because it's so buggy and crashes a lot especially when uploading pictures.
Was great but it will not open on my phone anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still will not work. Would like this more if it worked again. Using Pixel 3 XL.
Great app!! Love how easy it is to use and upload things, haven't had any issues with it.Would recommend for anyone who collects and wants to always have their collection in their pocket.
Seems like a great idea but the app does not work on my Pixel 4. It will not open. If we can get the app running, I'd be happy to reevaluate my rating!
I'm not going to rate it down but the app just isn't working nothing loads, every other app has no problems with "connection" this really needs an update or something because I really like using this app.
app is confusing to use. Created a collection but won't let me figure out how to add a picture. Add Item and Add Collection literally create two different groups. anyway, uninstalling for something more simpler.
GEMR HAS CLOSED DOWN! There are a few negative reviews here saying that the app won't load. This is because Gemr is no more. They closed down on the 27/1/20. I used Gemr for a long time and loved it. It was an amazing app and site with a wonderful community. It is such a shame to see it go.
So GEMR has closed down sad times and explains why the app is near Useless. The app won't even launch. Constantly crashing. Not sure why the app is still available in the store.
Love this app, all collectors are here sharing all kinds of stuff, toys, comics, music, moments, etc. Everyone shares a good positive vibes, this is the place to be.
Mixed feelings, app worked great on my S8 but now won't work on my S10... damn shame. Tried to reinstall but didn't make any difference.
The app was working great but all of a sudden it started crashing and now i cant get into it at all.
Currently unable to launch, and support is unresponsive to inquiries thus far. I would happily revert back to my original rating once the issues have been sorted. This was an exceptional platform for sharing collectibles, models, action figures etc. The interface is intuitive and very user friendly.
