Very disappointing! The options in the app are good, but the App does not open most of the time. At times i have to keep on waiting for the app to login and see the main dashboard. Please increase the servers and its response time. ----------------------------------------- Thanks for the immediate response and solving the issue.

The app was good. Bu nowadays it is not opening.

Doesn't load. Keep hetting an error message "Requires an Update" but when you click that, it takes you to Google Play Store amd them nothing happens. App is alredy updated, but keep getting the same message. Deleted, and reinstalled, still doesn't work. Please fix.

Amazing app! All under one roof so very helpful - I can see the class timetable, subject teachers, payment for both school and bus can be made, etc. One suggestion, please can you link the 'my learning' so that the homework can be viewed from the app as well

after a minimum of 7 attempts at downloading this app " successfully" or so it claims , it opens a blank screen. I don't understand why we have yet another app on our phone. like the notifications via seesaw, class dojo, d6 are not enough trouble!

Excellent job by Gems by providing such an easy to use app for parents with the perfect notifications regarding school activities and alerts of pick up and drop off of the students albeit just an updrage of the bus locator since it has stopped notifying it would make it more convinient. Hoping the issue is rectified and modified soon.

Perfect 360 degree view. love it!! Payment UI needs further consideration. visibility of screen during payment process can be enhanced . An option to save card details would be amazing.

Very good app for paying fees & transport fees. All information in one dashboard. But only inconvenience is I have 3 children studying in the school, but I can link together two of them only. For the eldest I need to sign out and do it separately.

Can't save the transport details after filling up the details. Did many times, failed at last. Moreover, the maximum size of the photo is 50 KB which is so small for a reasonable quality photo.

Recently the app is always crashing upon opening. I tried to uninstall & reinstall several times. Still no change. I wonder what is the problem. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Good and helpful app. I had some technical issues which was fixed within no time after reporting. Highly recommend. 👍

It's really good app and more user friendly, just one feedback if you can upload all the resources also here, so that we as a parent don't have to keep on switching the apps. I am giving 3 star coz their always a room for improvement.

Have been trying to connect after since last few weeks and the app keeps shutting down before it even opens. I have tried reinstalling and have same issue. Thanks for prompt follow up

There is no option to first time register. I forgot my ID password, can't retrieve. The app asking me to enter OTP without sending any OTP. This app is not helpful at all.

الحمد الله! Alhamdulillah ! Very nice and helpful app. Appreciate it. it's very easy to use. Paid fees , checked attendance , etc... Kudos to the developer for the efforts. Gems Genie is very good and interactive. Now we know more details.

Really poor in structure not user friendly at all. Too much jargon. I believe the interface should be developed.

Sometimes the app keeps on loading & doesn't even open. Some circulars & notifications are not even compatible with the app.

The Gems Founders School newsletters appear 4 to 5 times in the notification list and not a single one loads the file for viewing. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.

I am not able pay Tuition Fee from yesterday tried several times and it didn't work at all. Last only week was able to pay my other child transport fee. Please can fix the issue.

Very good app..happy to get everything related to my child under one umbrella. Easy to use and quite beneficial.

App is requesting updates, when I hit update it just go to its page on Android Play Store and do nothing! It is also not appearing that it needs any update in the Play Store. I suggest you use a better developer who know what he is doing 😕

Can't access every time I type the username and password it say that it's invalid tryed to change password or reinstall but the problem is still not solved!!

There was an issue with the home WiFi connection. Their mobility support team called immediately and solved the issue.. they are really prompt with their IT support..
