Gemstones list with description

Well programmed app without glitches, which is a rarity for me! Usually even the best apps develop weird user specific glitches. My only complaints are first off, in the quiz the options are small so it's easy to click the wrong answer. And secondly, in the info on the gems sometimes there will be letters like Á (an odd variant of A, definitely) in places. Neither are too bad. Other than that everything is perfect!

A really good app for mineral references. It is probably the only one out there that isn't new age crystal healing garbage (or a wikipedia copypasta job) and is incredibly well written, albiet short. I would love if you could sort by mineral class as you can by colour. It could also use an expansion of different, less common minerals and gems, but for now I'll still call it well worth a purchase to support the development.

An excellent app. I give 04 stars because only one picture is given for each stone category. If more pictures added for each category and improve search so that we search giving the chemical formula I can give 05 stars. Otherwise I really appreciate this work.

So far pictures and info great but wish u could just take a picture of ur rock and have suggestions for the rock instead of having to hunt all over the ap for it but so far has the best pictures of rocks. Suggestions if looking got any have two types of. Pictures 1 of raw materials and rocks and 2nd pick is after treated or tumbled so can have insite of what u got thanks

Very good and clear pictures of the stones. Only problem was I couldn't get search to work. But actually it's hard to explain a stone so using the alphabet index was easier for me. Very easy to use

It's a nice and practical app, but what would be very nice is if you could filter the gemstones after different properties like colour, transparency, etc!

good app, the quiz is fun but there isnt enough minerals, I tried searching chambersite, taaffeite,and musgravite but they did not show up. they are my favorite minerals please add. add rarer minerals, ive found mostly common ones and a few rares.

Nice app and good photos, too. I'm really digging this app. Most images are great, but a few need higher resolution images. This a great pocket app!

useful for indentifying gems using color letter etc. very efficient comes very close to the naturalist of gemstones if naturalist actually worked. my biggest complaint isn't even a complaint but a recommendation. Add more gem types. Its a great app nonetheless

Awesomely detailed, plus with a photo of each gem. Beautiful format. I only wish it would use less MB. It uses 24 MB in my android! I might not be able to keep this app installed.

I really like this app. I am very obsessed with Steven Universe and am trying to make the different gems characters and this app helps me get information on it. I also just enjoy learning about the different type of gems and this app is really good for that.

Not bad for a work in progress. Can I suggest clearer pictures and maybe adding both cut stones and crystal examples in the descriptions.

This book lists all the gems you never heard of and what it's made of and where it was formed, discovered, or reproduced. So very interesting.

When I read about stones in A-Z section, pressing back button takes me not to the list of stones like for current letter, but to the initial alphabet. Very annoying.

I'm new to Gems and.... I have to say thank God I threw away my BB mobile and opted for an Android! With amazing Apps like this I would never go back. Just did the quiz and now I'm identifying some gems. Who needs a book with Apps like this! Well done Devs!!

With names, u should write their planetary association or medical benefit and metal in thich they are best suited for wearing. The sales aspect is also missing

Information is very limited and somewhere incorrect. For eg: Sapphire is in Trigonal system and not Hexagonal as given in the app.

It is a terrible information app with names that probably don't even exit not even a little it is a horrid app don't ever trust its info.

It's a decent app. Mixing a ton of gemstones though. Would be cool to make your own entries though.

After 3 clicks you want a rating? Okay. I searched for 3 stones and didn't find them on your app. Going to uninstall asap.

Very basic introduction to crystals and Stones. For example, does not include obsidian or hematite.

Informative and interesting quiz! Worth the time to test your current knowledge on the identification of today's most important gems!

When I went to the app it was amazing if you collect rocks like me. Ohhh boy I need to collect more rocks. 😂😃
