GEN-KAN 2 -Escape Game-

Awful. How can people say it makes sense? LOL you turn the sink on and die.

Kotorinosu's Gen-Kan 2 follows on directly from G-K 1. The puzzles are a little more involved/evolved, but they still don't feel as if they're fully integrated, and only operate on one level. The escape's neatly thought out, but overall the Gen-Kan app is like a great artist's preliminary sketch; something made to try out ideas before committing oil to canvas. Once again, the escape ends with the words 'TO BE CONTINUED', so hopefully there'll be a Gen-Kan 3 soon. I'm starting to 'get' the idea behind the series, so I'm looking forward to it. It'd be nice if 3 had a bit more of Kotorinosu's more usual intricacy and complication, because it seems wrong somehow to award another of their apps 'only' 4 Stars.

Brilliant escape game with different puzzles and not too easy or repetitive like some games... totally addictive loved it

But still super fun. I appreciate that I don't need to start over after game over. Difficulty level 3.5

The game fail when I tried to connect fan to make fumes out of the room. The explosion and message that game is over because of explosion... I do not like crewing up myself and my head. But by that point it is wrong working. Eventually, quited the game, UNINSTALLED.

Not the kind of escape game I expected. It was annoying to get interrupted by game over.

Better than the first. All puzzle solutions seemed to make sense. I enjoyed it!

And yet such a "less is more" -design so well implemented it's utterly impressive.

After really enjoying the first Gen-Kan game, I had a pretty good idea of what I could expect. However, this episode way surpassed my expectations! Very thought provoking, and a great twist on the escape genre. It's definitely not your " run of the mill " find the hundred keys to open every possible lock scenario. It's extremely clever & brilliantly thought out and executed! Not to mention the length is perfect; it's longer than most escape games. It says " to be continued... " I hope that's a promise!
