half second delay on phone not too bad and I have to say tech support has been really helpful and sent me new dvr because first one was defective after help on Facebook messenger. this sweet lady helped me and guided me throughout this and spent a lot of time and patience but we got it working... thank you Arwin very good soul 🙏

Update: Now I can log in with no issues. Thank you for resolving the issue! Previous post: APP is not reliable - I cannot log into my account through this android app as it keeps giving me "Network Abnormal" error. Interestingly, I am able to log into the apple version of the app using my ipad. I really like their products otherwise, so this is a very disappointing. Could you please fix as this has been going for more than a week now? Thank you!

Same as mine i had a genbolt camera for more than a year now. Works fine but today it wont go to online if im using my phone data. It says OFFLINE But as soon as im home and connected to my home wifi were the genbolt camera wifi connected, everything works fine. Pls help!!!

I made the mistake of updating the app. Now I can't even login. I tried to reset my password. It send me a text message with a code. I used the code, reset my password and tried to login and it says password incorrect. I am so disappointed and very upset. Please fix this ASAP.

Horrible, max volume prompts despite having phone on vibrate/mute, so LOUD!. How is this override even possible? Cannot add lan camera manually (i guess you need to send private info to china for it to work..)

Solar panel security camera does not connect and app says offline all the time. Not good for the amount of money it cost ended up sending it back for a refund.

This does not scan the code I had genbolt on my other phone but it doesn't show up in the store. So I download this app but it does not scan the code at all please help.

What is going on with the app!!! It won't let me sign on anymore. I keep getting a message saying network abnormal!! Please fix this!!

Shockingly bad. Had to install on to new phone and suddenly the QR code is invalid and I cannot use my cameras that are from Genbolt.

Now I have problems setting up alarm message in the app. It just doesn't work!

Can not find camera in app. Tried to scan network but never finishes scanning
