They do not confirm email addresses. So I'm getting email confirmations for services I haven't booked. If this continues I will start cancelling the appointments. If an app is going to use email, it should confirm the email address. It's rude to not do so. And each email should have an option to unsubscribe. There is no way for me to contact the company from the email. I don't want to get spammed by email from you.
They refuse to delete account!!! I downloaded and installed this. after checking it out decided I'm not interested in using it. inwas unable to find on their website a way to cance/deletel the account so I sent them a message. They were so happy to tell me "Thank you for using Genbook to schedule appointments. I'm afraid we can't delete your customer account. I'm sorry about that. Warmly, Cornelia Business Support & Success" I don't believe for a second they are sorry.
I sent a message to support about not being able to get into App. They immediately helped me and now I'm in.. thank you Gen book.. 5 stars!here is my original review. >>>Can't get into app without updating. And app won't update. As others I just get the endless circle. Hopefully this can be resolved.
I really enjoy the convenience of this Appointment Booking App. It lets me book appointments anytime, day or night. And I am able to cancel/reschedule appointments without unnecessary human interaction or explanations. Thanks much!
Katie was fantastic, first time at the salon but after being in town for 3 1/2 years I finally feel like I have found what I have been looking for! A great cut and color and both ladies were super friendly! So happy, thanks Katie!
Never had an issue before but now I can't use! "Need update, go to playstore"..... nothing to update. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Same thing. My barber only uses THIS APP! Frustrating.
Says it's sending my email verification but nothing. I've tried 7 times and with 2 different emails. This app is useless.
The app is telling me I need an update and to visit play store. When I get to play store there is no update. I tried uninstalling and installing again but same thing!
App is not working my Android (Samsung S21) but I was able to download it on my IPhone. It seems to be working fine on that, fingers crossed.
I wasn't even given the option to explore the app without giving them my email address first. No thanks. You should at least let me see if there are services I'd like to book first before invading my privacy.
"No calendars available to add to." Calendar sync does not work on Galaxy S7. What use is this app if I have to manually create a calendar entry on my phone?
App was working great for my children's appointments. Until this update came out, when I went to update the app there wasn't any update.
Like the app, but now unable to update. I'm caught in an endless loop that keeps kicking me back to this page to install/open
Need ability to cancel an appointment without having to go to the website. App is useless without it.

Need to book an appointment with my barber, but of course the app doesn't even work. I hope he didnt spend anything to put his business through here because he wasted his money if he did.

Love, Love !! Tasha is very professional and has a beautiful heart. Maintains the health of your sisterlocks, fast, and very informative. Very courteous and can accommodate all schedules. I have been with Tasha now 2 years I reccomend her with 10stars ... beautiful customer service. Hands down she is the best in the business in Indianapolis.
Hands down the staff and especially Kevin Grande is the best to ever do it. The beers. Ports. Huge tvs everywhere, popcorn, sodas and eat! I'll go anywhere he does for life!

I loved this app for booking my many weekly appointments. It allowed me to book, confirm and add my appointments to my calendar right from the app; however, a recent update has rendered the "add to calendar" option nonfunctional. I now have to enter each appointment into my calendar manually, and I'm pretty sour about it. I book so many weekly appointments through the app that this is now a lengthy time-consuming process.
