This BS tells me to upgrade so I click on upgrade now and got nothing but BS. Nothing was wrong with the app before and now I get nothing. Totally pisses me off. I'm tired of this useless bank and it's app. Why upgrade when nothing is wrong. Leave it alone y'all. 😠
I loved this app until the last update. Know it takes several attempts to open. Extremely glitchy
THIS APP SUCKS! Idky people gotta mess with stuff. If it ain't broke, don't mess with it. Cuz now IT'S BROKE!! FIX IT!! Never works! It keeps telling me to make sure I have the most current application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same message. Very annoying when you are trying to check your account or conduct business!! I hate that I had to even give 1 star!!
I am not happy. I can not download your app. since your recent update. I have no idea if my bills are being paid or not. If I have to I will take my business elsewhere. I don't want to do this. So please fix your app.
Can't find Zelle on the app and there is always something slowing it down. This bank in general is a let down . I've had the worst time period with them and now they are messing up my credit . They don't report my pay offs on a credit card for 2 months now . I can't wait to change banks!
When trying to log into the app it frequently closes itself.
Always something going wrong with this app. It says I have no service or logs me out randomly or is completely unavailable way too often. I have been with Genco for more than 5 years and they never cease to frustrate me. I'm just too lazy to go through the hassle of changing banks.
App is a mess! Locks you out on a random basis, with no recourse but "call us", which gets a recording that they're closed. Was thrilled with the new functions, spent the whole day getting all my bill pay accounts set up, boom! Doesn't accept my user ID nor password. Here's a phone number, nobody cares.
App doesnt open or stops responding about half the time and when it does work it is slow to load and open up regardless of how much signal i have and even when connected to wifi. It would also ve great if genco woukd add mobile deposit and show more up to date account balances.
Something is not right. Had this app for a while. Got a a new phone trying to open up the app and nothing. Call the bank... they did what they could. Called the phone carrier, they did what they could. Still nothing. Don't have a way to update the app. I wish you can fix the bugs in this app.
I have emailed the developer of this app and have yet to get a response back. Every time I log in it will not go past the security questions. If this app would work properly it would make managing my finances much easier, or to even get a reply back as to why it keeps doing this would be nice too....

I loved this app. For about 6 months. Now everytime I open it, nothing. It crashes before it has time to load.
fast and efficient now, good and local customer support, the bill pay doesn't work from cell phone, have to be on a computer, other than that it's a good app.
It's just ok. Pretty plain, needs new features like texts to your phone when a purchase is made, definitely more details as in the Capital One app.
Hate this New App. The old way was better. Half the time I can't log in because the app is experiencing problems. The other half of the time it has to update so I can't check it when needed. Love Genco but this app sucks
The app was perfectly fine until it decided to stop... I cannot open the app anymore, I've uninstalled and restarted my phone several times and the app still won't work.
Updating review, good app but still logs out every now and then making me unable to log in then when I access the website it just says wrong http "verb" was used to access it whatever that means
App doesn't work half the time. Every other day it tells me that it's "experiencing issues" or that I need to download the most current version....which I already have. It's been a real pain.
Genco app is awesome.. the only complaint is that it takes 10 business days to replace your debit card... other than that I find it easy to use and navigate...
it works like a little champ. always up and online. I would love so much to have texts with my balance after purchases and deposits. :)
I LOVE this bank...have been with them a little over a year and I am so glad to part of the Genco family....very professional and helpful. The staff are excellent they are very friendly, understanding, and caring...oh may I add are very well dressed to impress 🤗
I would love to see more options. I would also like to see you guys look into giving the members the option to deposit a check by taking a picture of both sides. Bank of america has this option and I would like for us members to have that option as well.
I like the app however my wife and I both bank with Genco and I wish i could transfer money into her account with the app reather than having to call ALL THE TIME !!!! LOL!
Best bank I have ever deal with. Everything is easy to access online, and the people are friendly and helpful
I literally hate this app, it never wants to work. AND IT IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOY WANNA LOOK AT YOU ACCOUNT! I wish they would fix it or upgrade
Upgraded to a new phone and this app quit working entirely, and makes my entire phone freeze up
This app was fine then it started saying update required and everytime I tried to update it. nothing!!! Still said update required Sincerely, aggravated 😩
Easy to use. I only wish it would show pending transactions that affect to balance differences.
This app is good...when it works. Half the time it won't open. Just a white screen after an update. Delete and reinstall doesn't work. This app is so broken it doesn't even function.
