I'm really angry because I can't log into the app. I even renewed my password on the website, and I still can't login. Really infuriating.
not getting logged in.. same id and password working in website..
Unlike the website, I cannot login. Maybe due to special characters in my password?
no English language so can't use this app
Couldn't log in to the app with the same username and password as online (yes I checked and it's the exact same). Especially as a premium member on the online site this was a major let down.
Crashes on Pixel 2 XL every time I open it. Can't log in online with app username and password
Great app! I tested many different genealogical apps so far this one was the best in my opinion: very fast, easy to use, and functional.
Can't use it as it fails to logon. I know the I do is correct because I can logon via the web page. I will rate it higher when/if they make a usable app.
Would be nice if I could understand it, but it is in a foreign language and no way to change it to English.
Uploaded easily. Login & first registration page are in english. After I registered it is in french with no way to change to english. On a Samsung Tablet.
I used it only a few times and the names were all messed up, showing my grandfather was married to his own mother and also he is his own father. Maybe in some families but not in mine.
Just joined them so thought I would download the app to make it easier to sign in but when I did so it kept saying user name or password wrong I use the same password for find my past and ancestry without any problems but this app won't accept the password not happy won't be using it again total rubbish they can't even give you answer in your own language all in French as much good as a wiremesh watering can totally useless

Wouldn't let me log in and the sign up page is in a foreign language. Why??
Can not log in, thought something was wrong so I logged in on my laptop, works fine, but can not log in on the app. 8/27/17 Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, putting in my info and no matter what I do it still doesn't let me sign in, yet when I use the same info on the actual website it works just fine. I have made sure user name and password is correct, I'm sure if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to log in on the website. I've been trying to do this now for months, I give up, going to uninstall.
Well i was loving this app and it was exactlt wat i wanted, just enuff stuff to display important info without being overwhelmed by too too much. Until it kept shutting down wen trying to edit.. short of uninstalling (and losing heeeeaaps of info i may as well
This app doesn't let me login with the same username and password that works for chrome for Android or desktop, otherwise I would give a higher rating
Awful, all in a foreign language and absolutely no way to change language. Uninstalled.

The app doesn't let me put in my birth month or anyone else's so it won't let me use the Family Tree at all
Having added new menu items to the website this month, could you add facilities to the app to print trees and books as I use an android pad all the time and print from it. Thank you.
Paid Premium- only get freeware
It's a great tool to create family tree and know all our relatives.. Only 2 suggestions: 1. Cannot see the whole family tree in the same screen. It only shows a part of the tree which is linked to the individual currently being seen. 2. There should be search option to search 2 or more individuals and see how they are related to each other in the tree.
I've had this app over a year and half and it's become almost unusable with adverts popping up all the time and constantly crashing on my android phone. So disappointing
Not sure if this is an English or French language app! I've tried reinstalling this app multiple times and a number of other things... but it still won't recognize my signin information! If I click on start your family tree, then EVERYTHING is in French? But when I click on the website link, it in the app info, it then takes me to the english language website and I it allows me to signin! So what's the point of this app? If it's for French users, then it should be labeled as such! 🤯😵
