Its pretty good. A lot of good updates since 2016. I would like there to be a transfer money from external account option. I can do it from the mobile website but not the app. I really only use this app to check how much I owe on my car...

States financial institution no longer offers mobile banking
Can't login with correct credentials. Disappointed. I was looking forward to the check deposit feature. Don't waste your time downloading.
Can't even get past the loading screen to log in. If this issue is resolved I will rate higher.
I've never had problems until this past month. Always been a great app but now I can't log in. Always get error or call for support. Just aggravating.

When I first got this app I was so happy. I live in KY and the closest branch is 30 minutes away. This app made it very convenient especially with the mobile check deposit. Now after having it a week the app has all together quit working. I can't even get past the loading screen without an error occurring. If they get it working again I'll give a higher rating.
I had been using for a few months, and all the sudden it stopped working, kept giving me an error when I would open it. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's working
You can't make transfers from external accounts. I have my auto loan through GECU and I have a separate bank account. However I am unable to make the payment through this app. Upsetting.
Doesn't allow you to paste into the password field, so anyone with a long and complex or randomly generated password that is difficult to memorize will be hard-pressed to log in. A shocking oversight - hopefully it is corrected soon.
An actual branded app for GE Credit Union. I know it's probably just the old app with a facelift, but it somehow feels more... right
Certainty not the best banking app but it appears to work very well and it is a step in the right direction.

This app is absolutely terrible, every time you try to log on it sends an error message and doesn't work. Don't waste your time with this.
I have a loan through them and the app doesn't have an option to pay on the loan with your checking account from another bank as the website does. If they could do that and have fingerprint login it would be great.
My password is long enough that I cannot seem to type it on correctly. The password field in the logon screen doesn't allow me to paste in a value, and If I swap to my password vault to check my spelling, though, then this app re-blanks the password field and I need to start over.
New customer. Hope this app isn't a direct reflection of the actual C.U. Cannot even sign in.
I couldn't figure out how to make payments on my loan through this app and it didn't have a customer service option to help me

This app finally brings GCCU closer to par with other bank's mobile apps. Love the mobile check deposit feature.
