GETTING STARTEDTo use the mygenmobile app, you must be enrolled as an Generations Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

This makes banking so much easier and efficient. I can watch our accounts closer and make sure that there are funds available for online paying of our Bill's, without causing any overdrafts. I reccomend this app and Generations Bank for a pleasant banking experience. Thank you.
app is terrible can not be used because of sync issue. Can you please fix this junk app... maybe put it back where it was before the last update. . at least it worked then.
Suddenly, when attempting to access the app, tells me "this version no longer supported " with a "download newer version " button. Hit that-"Sorry, unable to connect to the internet, would you like to play Hot Air Balloon while you wait?" Retry button useless. Has Gen bank been HACKED????
Sometimes it's slow and I hate having to enter my password every few months because I usually dont remember it but I understand it's a security thing. Mostly it's a good app.
Easy to use and problem free. Can do what we want it to do. Handles 3 accts. With no problem. A great app to have.
My only two gripes would be a seeming lack of running balance in the transaction section and no option to view image of cleared checks

Wont let me sign in says my creds are wrong.. but i can sign into website so i know they are right.. contacted support they was helping me but then i guess ignored me? Idk

This is total BS. Can't get it to update.Ready to change banks.
The notifications for low balances, transfers and deposits do not come up until after I sign into the app. I can add an account but I cannot remove one. There is no way I can view my account number just incase I need it. I have a lot of issues with connection even when I am connected with good WiFi and it takes a long time for my available balance to show up. Sometimes the transfer process does not even load. I have good WiFi, and yes the app is up to date.
