Ever since they moved the credit card app. I have had nothing but problems. It used to be you could move payments from your checking to your credit card with ease. Now, i would be lucky to even see my credit card when I click on the link. Now it's completely down and I have been told it will be up the next 24 to 48 hrs. Not holding my breath waiting for this app to be functional any time soon.

Come on, Generations! We depend on these mobile apps to work to make things easier to do business. Can't even get past the loading screen now. It was fine a month ago! My iPhone app seems to work a little better, but it still had in issue loading until it finally let me in after several tries, so it can't be an entirely Android thing. Fix this app!!

I'm really disappointed with Generations about this new app. It's slow and I can't even get text alerts for my transactions. Online deposits were usually instant, now they lag for a while. The old system was great and notified me for every transaction. This one only sends me a text instructing me to login to the app to view the message. I don't have time for that. Instead of simplifying my banking experience you've made it harder to have access to my account information. BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

edit: it has now been two months and still cannot get pass a loading screen. This APP DOES NOT WORK. Stuck on a loading screen and when it does go through it blanks out the screen once you are able to view your account. What happened?? Basic online service works fine, the app however does not.

I was okay with this app for a long time but the "smart deposit" is total trash. I took dozens of clear pictures of my check and it won't accept them. Honestly thinking about switching to another bank because this is really inconvenient!

Had minor issues with it every now and then, but it was still functional and got the job done. Now, you can't access your credit card account on this app. Its very frustrating to make payments or transfer from credit card to checking account.

The credit card update made it unnecessarily hard to pay on your account, you literally have to open up a new link through the app and pay it manually and now it takes a whole day to get paid if you do it after 5pm, it use to be very user friendly and worked fast but now it's so inconvenient I don't even bother using my credit card anymore...other then that the app works fine

This app has worked very well for me during these last 3 years. I know alot of people say they have problems using it when it comes to credit card issues, i however only use debit. I primarily only use this app for checking my account status, smart deposit my checks from work, and an occasional loan application. Im rating 5 stars because i havn't run into any issues at all with any of the tasks i mentioned.

The old app always worked fine. This new update allows me to login 1 out of every 20 times I try to login. Screw this app right now, FIX IT! Update: They really did fix it. Thank yall for fixing it, i literally had no idea how much was in my account because the browser version wasnt working either. Thank yall!

So the new credit card update is horrible. So in short they removed ur credit caeds from ur mobile banking app places them in a separate web page of thier own, oh it guess worse then u have to register each card as its OWN acct. Yup u cant check ur balance all at once u have to view them individually. So now when u register them as individual acct u have to have s new user name and password for each one how annoying and tedious is that. The original system was fine and had everything one place

A small bubble with my log in user name will not go away it hovers over my entire session. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's like having a fly on top of your phone while trying to do quick banking. It's so annoying I just use the desktop website instead

you need to work on the bugs on this . everytime I try to sign in it stays buffering in the loading pop up and it never proceeds until I uninstall and reinstall. I'm also not going to do this everytime I want to check out the app

after the new update, i constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app to check my balance. My Emails and calls, seem to have no bearing and mean nothing. Not being able to check my balance or deposit checks is a problem.

Horrible app that still has bugs in it. If bugs are worked out then app can benefit you depending on how you use it. Another FCU I have uses the same platform and has the same problems! Please Fix it 🙂

Not happy at all, with the new credit card update being separate it also cancelled my auto pay. Me not realizing that I am now past due. I set up auto pay years ago so I didn't have to worry about it and they just cancelled it without warning.

I have been a member of this credit union since 1964 who ever designed this new app. is an idiot. Cannot sign in to check on my accounts whenever I want to. This new app. version whoever created this monstrosity does not no what the hell They are doing. It is a fiasco. Revert back to to the old system or I will in a heartbeat will take business elsewhere. I have bought many of vehicles under the banner of City employees Credit Union and hell we created a footprint in this area for you expand.

Ever since credit card accounts got moved to a completely separate web page the processing has been lagging by days, sometimes weeks, causing indistinct balances which in turn has caused me to overdraft my card or make my bills delinquent, because even though they process my payments on my card the available credit is not updated.

I haven't really had any issues with this app, but I am loving how they are improving from our suggestions such as making it easier to pay the CC again and adding the external account payment option. I'm so loving that!

Its been weeks now, no update or anything. Not even the website works. I'm done. Switching to SSFCU. This past year has been the worst service from this bank and I've been a customer for years. Time to move on.

Gave my bank back their high star rating after listening to the customer and adding back the credit card to the app. It was really horrible without it. Glad this has been added back 👍

This app does not let me get into my account doesn't even upload. Doesn't even stay open. Why fix something that isn't broken? Please go back to the previous app. Very unsatisfied and frustrated. It's a big inconvenience.
