Worst app.... Not working properly. ....need to improve a lot.... ....great good response....app is not at all updating information and not login too... Eagerly waiting for that.... fix...... Hi....still not updated...I have loged in... even reinstalled...not getting user profile... continuously buffering....
It's giving invalid user name or password on login. And there is not even sign up button available. Please suggest how to proceed. I see the same review has been given by many reviewers. At least this should have been fixed.
It is showing invalid password or username. I tried 15 times till now to log in. But it's not possible because it's showing invalid ID/username. What is the solution for it?
i tried multiple times to login in to the app with credentials, but no luck. please do the needful at the earliest
Regarding fee payment . There is no option to pay monthly payment. Could you help enable option
if we click on profile it always loads and nothing happened. Update info is not available.

Excellent job done by genesis team.But need to update more.They need to update marks along with grades.And fee also they need to update.
Nice but need to improve the working of the app faster, and the logining in is very different where I never saw
not a great app. if you have 2kids,u have to carry 2 phones.
Not getting updates on homework and no option for updation of mail id...lot of improvement required in my opinion...
