No company should put out an app like this. It only hurts their business. The menu works horribly because it is hard to navigate. Want to order more than 1 thing? Well you are going to have to find you way back to the start of a menu again which makes you wonder why you had to pick a store in the first place. The menu seems to be a generic one. Expecting all the choices they have at the local store you just picked? Nope. You get reduced options. Hoping to use that birthday bowl you got an email about? Well don't use the app they just told you to download... go in the store because apparently you have to open the app and use that in the store. Want to use any discount coupons that are right there in the app "inbox"? Nope. Those don't work for some reason. It will however keep asking you for your email although that is what you just logged in with. So you get to look forward to that popping up constantly. I cannot believe managers, executives, and a team of programmers worked on this and thought there were helping the company. It is just awful.

The app (& the website) is(are) a little clunky and lacking. I'd like to see a description of every ingredient; meats, veggies, spices, sauces, sides & topoings. I had to download the nutrition menu just to see what's still offered. You can find some of the options if you start an order, but that's a hassel and there's not really a description of the ingredients.

The app is terrible puts number for zip in reverse order of what was typed in. When trying to build your own bowl the screen to choose from is so small toy can not see. Entry of credit card data is almost impossible. If you try and enter more than a couple of do it yourself bowels the selection screen gets so small you can no longer select items. Best to not have an app if all it does is frustrate your customers

The ordering experience is still bad and made worse now as the window to order your bowl shrinks the more ingredients you add. Also there are still missing basic features that other restaurants have: -Being able to adjust the amount of sauce you want in the bowl -Being able to have multiples of a single item -Being able to edit an item on the cart without having to remove it entirely Common I expected better from one of my all time favorite restaurants.

When trying to order food, it prints me to enter my phone number. When I attempt to do so, it does not enter any number and shifts the going prompt to the far left. This makes it impossible to order through the app, as it then says I still need to enter phone number. App is broken and will not allow for orders being placed through it. I am running latest update version. This is issue with the app.

Completely unnavigable. It takes years for it to load anything you push. When it does load and I order my food, I can't look at my cart because it either freezes on a white screen or the items just never show up. No joke, I left it on for 15 minutes and my in cart items never showed up, even though it says I have 14 dollars of food in it. Please fix your app! It's incredibly frustrating.

Buggy Rip Off! God forbid you saved up any points on an old membership card because the new system will not transfer them over conveniently. And no staff can offer any help to you there anyway. Even so, transitioning over to the app is also worthless as it's a bug-riddled mess. It is constantly crashing at all times and never gets updated or repaired even with feedback and in depth reports provided. This makes you unable to redeem any rewards you still might have or be able to collect new ones.

Great place to go in person but ordering in app for pick up is definitely not the same as making it yourself. It's almost like no seasoning is truly in there and it tastes watered down because of the steam trapment in the plastic containers. They should definitely go back to using the cardboard Chinese containers and keeping the starches (rice) in one box and the meat mixture in another box and allowing you to mix yourself at home. The plastic containers are just a bad idea.

I've never wanted the app but can no longer receive credit for purchases, through my phone number at the register anymore. So i just don't register them. Last year, they gave me my birthday meal, without a problem. This year, the email said the offer was "in my account" but showed nothing, when logged on through the web browser. The restaurant refused to do anything without the offer "number" that they claimed should've been on the email. It wasn't! I had to download unwanted app, just to redeem

I keep trying to place an order through the app and it glitches out and sends me back to the Google play store. So as of right now the app is getting a one star in a 1 star. Sad thing is this isn't the only app that is messing up sing app, almost all of the food apps I have are screwing up in some way.

Foid was great. Service was minimal at the least. Told the server I was on rewards list & gave her my phone number. Needless to say I never got my points & they were double points. Also, was never asked if refills needed. Granted it was busy, but one needs to take care of one's seated customers. My husband was still generous with the tip! Also, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if the rewards point was on our receipt. Your workers need to be more informed!

Lots of bugs!! Freezes repeatedly!! Location services feature doesn't work. Screens overlap each other (one open in bkgd, one open on top). They should have worked on all the fixes before asking customers to migrate to new app. This is terrible!

Recent update to the app shifts the "Name Your Bowl" part of the screen to take up fully half of the screen's area. So you are left with only a small portion of the screen to scroll through and choose ingredients. Don't you test your app for usability? You need to fix this, as it's terrible design.

Hate the App for rewards. Apparently the receipt expires in 4 hours after you get it from the store so instead of leaving the restaurant after paying, I have to remember to scan my receipt first. Stupid idea. Way to make your rewards program way more difficult than necessary.

This is so ridiculous. I've installed and uninstalled this app 5!!!!!! times already in 3 months hoping it was maybe a glitch.... even promoted it after our waitress that took our coupon from Safe2Save app that has rewards for driving safe w/out using phone Genghis Grill buy one get one. What a shame and loss of business that the app should facilitate to order and in this day and age provide you with rewards for choosing them. The place is awesome for sure, the app most definitely needs work.

The food is awesome & my entire family loves to eat here. I have a large family with 3 boys & they usually have friends w/ them when we go out to eat. My ticket adds up quickly so when I learned about the app I was excited to find out I could earn some rewards to help me out as much as we eat out. Unfortunately, this app freezes & will not allow you to scan your receipt to receive your points so there's no reward only waisted time. What makes it worse is that this appears to be an ongoing issue.

App is broken. Hit the back button, you get logged out. Go to check out and they cant process the order. No explanation just can't do it. Super frustrating seeing as how it takes 30 minutes to prepare the food and that takes up my entire lunch. I was really hoping to be able to order ahead with this app...

Fix this app. This is ridiculous. The app shouldn't just be the literal website awkwardly embedded into an app. I have constant problems with it erasing my entire order, submitting orders without letting me apply coupons, refusing to let me type in required information into boxes, etc. There is absolutely no reason for this. There is also absolutely no reason why I shouldn't be able to "cancel" an order after the stupid app force-submits it without it actually being completed. IT'S NIGH-UNUSABLE

Unless you just want to see your rewards or or order separately don't use this app. So I can order and completely pay for it or I can go in the store and make my food and use the rewards but I can't do both which I think kind of defeats the purpose.

I am so displeased with the new app. My family and I ate at Genghis every weekend, until the app was changed. We have not eaten there since. I tried to download the app more than 5 times. i am sure that we are the only family that no longer enjoy your restaurant. Im sure Jackson restaurant miss us, because we miss them. But, I can not keep up with purchases, so I will not visit. Our last visit was in January. please fix that App!

Not at all happy that you did away with the loyalty card. App uses 54+ MB and cannot be moved to SD card. Shame on you for making such a large app taking up so much space for something seldom used. Also, what about folks who don't have a working phone with them for whatever reason? Sorry, but this is not well thought out. Please bring back loyalty card ASAP.

Bug issues still plague this app. This bug does not allow for ordering whatsoever. Select item, select features, and will place in basket. Order through main site, if at all.

Issue with placing orders for delivery or pick up!!!!! Once on the address screen you not able to scroll past the special instructions section to confirm the order. I call the location closet to and I was told to place the order through uber eats or doordash. By doing that I was unable to use my rewards nor my discount code.

This app will not let me log in. When I try to merge accounts, it says email is in use. When I try to log in, it says phone in use. It also gives me weird error messages.

If I could, I would give the app a negative rating. The app has not worked since the moment I downloaded it. I deleted and downloaded twice and still hasn't worked. I love going to Genghis Grill, however since I added this app I have not and will not go back until app is fixed. This app is a cow pie.

Easy to navigate and add points. My points migrated without any issues. I love being able to track my progress towards my next reward.
