GenialTask — A task manager and to-do list

I’ve tried many task managers, but am always disappointed. With each one, I’ll use it for little while but ultimately give up on it. The problem is that they all keep adding more and more tasks to a growing, jumbled pile. These apps just don’t do what I need them to.
So, I started doing something different: every evening, I write tomorrow’s most important tasks on a piece of paper. There may be more tasks to add the next day, but this main list helps me focus on what I need to accomplish and not lose sight of my priorities. Then, at the end of each day I throw out the sheet. If there are tasks I failed to complete but want to tackle the next day, I just write them on a new sheet for tomorrow.
This technique has proved to be incredibly effective for me, and I find it much easier to complete tasks, projects, and many other things. And I no longer feel pressured by an ever-growing jumbled task list! The “burnout” I felt every day, looking at everything I hadn’t accomplished, is gone. Now that I can focus on success and movement, rather than on the past, I find staying on track much easier.
I thought: Why not move this into a mobile application? And so, GenialTask was born!
The GenialTask concept is very simple.
The app has only two tabs:
1. Today’s to-do list
2. Tomorrow’s to-do list
Make a list of what you want to do in the “tomorrow” tab. The next day, this list will be your guide for what you need to accomplish. At the end of the day, all tasks will disappear. “Statistics” will show both completed and uncompleted tasks. You can reschedule or delete uncompleted tasks as you wish.
Now, you have an effective tool that won’t allow you to save your to-do list. If you decide to do something – do it today! No more excuses.

Thank goodness for the minimalism. All the rest of the similar apps have a lot stuffed into them, making the process of adding just a simple task really annoying. I would like to make a suggestion though. Could you please remove the tune that plays when all the the tasks are completed or simply to disable the tune. The first app to have a response time of just a few hours. Bless you!
Less is more, I've finally found an app that just has you list what you want to do for the day. I love, love, love the minimalist look. Every other app gives me a headache with too many options (works for some as I used to like that but not now). If you're looking for something similar to writing a checklist on paper this is it!
simple, straightforward, ad-free, small, and the concept is something I've wanted for a while! really helps me just...get tasks done. sometimes less is more because this is a keeper! my only complaint is i wish the widget was more compact but even that is just nitpicking. great app!
Great app and love the concept, but I wish that there were a way to make certain tasks be auto-daily, so that I wouldn't have to retype them every single night. I guess maybe that would defeat the purpose compared to other apps though, since tasks specifically aren't supposed to carry over.

This would help make an order for the stuff to be done and prioritize what's more important by moving them to the top. Also, if there is an option in settings that would allow ticked-off (completed tasks) to automatically move to the bottom of the list, that would be great as it would allow us to focus on the ones to do.

Great app! I use it everyday and it's really useful. Also I like the design and how simple the whole app is. The only thing that misses from the free version is being able to move the tasks so you can change the order.
Brilliant app with simple UI. Here's some suggestions. Only tasks which are assigned today can be marked as completed. There should be an option to complete tasks which are on further days as well. Another thing is that, we often have tasks in mind which want to do, but there's no particular day by when it has to be done. The app doesn't allow this. There should be an option to save tasks without having to enter a date if it doesn't have a deadline. Have another section besides that says "Other"
I have been looking for the perfect schedule planning app, and I think I just found it! This app is perfect! It has different tags, events, and you can even add your daily/weekly routines! I can't describe how much I love this app. The best part is, everything is free! highly recommended.
Wow. The app is very simple. I really like simple clear lists. I will surely do it, cause I dont like failed tasks😅. its nice that, I dont have to clear some lists cause it gets deleted on its own. I hope I get notifications for it as a reminder. Surely gonna use this. Convenient
This app is very cool! You can schedule your tasks or activities and then it will set a reminder. There is also statistics feature where you can see the stats of your tasks. It has very cool UI. Great app!
After my first review on this app , and to download this app again everything just changed - more animations and finally users get the Notifications about their tasks ,but sure for money and subscription. I am still remembering when you was able to repeat task for 0$ but know it got more challenging and you , because of that, make users to be more productive from removing all tasks and that in some way very helpful. I like the way you've been making this app - simple and no distructions
This app is perfect for me. It will really help me list down all my task and goals that i need to complete. The interface of the app is simple but classy. And it is very user-friendly. Would surely recommend this to my friends. 👍
Cool! But it would be better if the completed tasks went down to the end of the list, and the unfinished ones went up. So the perception will be better and main things will be in sight.
It's overall an amazing minimalistic application for managing daily tasks, except that it does not have an option to ReOrder tasks.. which is a crucial feature in any good ToDo app, it does not make the app any less minimal so I'm confused as to why it's not available on such a well made app.
I would've liked to do more than just today and tomorrow. And an option to copy a task to multiple days would be handy. But overall this is a fantastically easy app to use with no ads :)

This is the easiest and the most efficient way of handling your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Nothing should be missed if you will be using this one. Great credits to the developer!! Hurray!!
Very nice and perfect app. It is very easy to use. I can add and delete any task when i need. So it is more usefull for me i think. By this app i can easily complete my daily work and list them into it..
Amazing app! In day to day life we use our phone most of the time. We can't carry a sheet of the to do list all the time. I was searching for this type of apps for a long time. Finally found a great app. It is one of the most useful apps I ever download.Thanks to the creator.
This app is great and has become part of my every day routine, making my to do list for tomorrow at bed helps prepare me for the next day; it's basically a digital version of what I've been doing for years with post its. My only complaint is that I can't move the tasks in a different order.
Really enjoy this app, but it would be more perfect, if you added such a function as moving tasks in different orders, and also function to move unfinished tasks to tomorrow's list))) but app is really nice, thank you!!!
FINALLY! People who understand that simple is best! Sick of the million apps out there crammed with features I never even think of using. Thank you so much for this! Would love to see a dark theme sometime soon because I always prepare my list when I'm about to sleep so white always hurts. (Edit: my review seems to have disappeared but Dev responded, thank you!)
A very good app, it really helps me a lot to take massive action. I request you to add customizable sorting system and a calendar. Then it would be perfect for me
Its a very useful app. I like its features and accesses. I have become more punctual for this app. I can easily add or delete task or sort them the way i like. I have also recommended my friends to use this app.
I love it. Very simplistic and just what I need for short term tasks. However, I took a star off because, 1 - you can't rearrange the items. It would be nice if you can add that small feature. And 2 - the checked off item just stays where it is making it look cluttered. Please at least move it to the bottom of the list. It becomes very hard to see what needs to be done when the things done and things to be done are all mixed up.
