Genies & Gems

I love this game and have been playing for years. That said, the map has been gone for months and all I can play now are elite levels that jump all over with the numbers. All of my prior progress is gone. I was way way up on the map. I thought it was in the works to bring the map back but nope. I like a lot of the new features and graphics but not having the map stinks. I can never replay a level after completing it. I don't see anyone else talking about this so not sure what's up with that.

Fun game that gets more challenging as it goes on. Been playing this game 4 years. ( BTW I prefer the old graphics and music!) The problem I have is that when I get a new phone it loses my progress. I'm going from level 370 down to zero again... Not everyone wants to use facebook!!!

This game is great except over half the videos don't load and you have to restart the game and loose a game play every time a video doesn't load. I've lost at least 2/3s of my games plays the last two weeks getting very close to uninstalling the game.

Been playing this app for about 6 years. Good escapist entertainment. Recent update is causing a few of the ads to freeze, but overall ok. I got up to level 2700 a while ago, then switched phones and was dropped down to level 1600. Annoying, but im building back up.

Extremly fun, just downloaded and so far i have no negatives. The levels are fun and challenging, the design is good with lovely scenes and different types of goals that keep it interesting. Alot of rewards to earn in levels and events, including long expanses with unlimited lives to let you play longer. A definate win, love so far.

I really like this game however sometimes there are glitches that keep you from receiving rewards. I just spent two days in a competition in which I placed 5th but did not receive the rewards. This is extremely frustrating. Update: the competition reappeared and I did receive my rewards. Thank so much for your quick response.

I keep getting horrible ads for this game that open the playstore automatically as I try to close them. The game looks basic, and if the ads are anything to go by its not worth the trouble

A lovely game untill level 200, and then advert, game, advert game. The adverts take longer than passing the level... lol. What a shame. Also when these advets appear, they are intrusive and VERY loud, why should I have to turn my media off just so I'm not bombarded with noise? Uninstalled it and I will never play another game by this developer. Far better out there people. One star for trying and failing. Lol.

I have switched phones several times and my progress is always saved. I just updated to a Galaxy S22 Ultra last night. After connecting back to Facebook I was no where near the progress I was. I went backwards over 2000 levels, lost over 2 days of free play I had accumulated and at least 15 boosters I had. Not happy.

On level 873 there ar 2 fields of play with a lot poweful gems pictured between them. After completing the 1st field the screen moves down to the 2nd field past those power gems. They never fall to the 2nd field. FALSE ADVERTISING! The game frequently doesn't allow moves that will benefit the player. This could be a glitch. The barriers in the game get destroyed, but the gems aren't allowed to populate the blank spot sometimes. It contributes to losses and thus more commercials to sit through.

Terrible! The mechanics of this game are completely flawed. The levels don't give you enough moves or paws to complete the level. I couldn't even pass the second stage. This is one of the worst cash grab games I have ever played. Skip this one. Zero stars!

This game holds your hand in the worst way. You can't even look the board over without it flashing hints at you. Let me play for two seconds without telling me where a match is. You also can't disable the *extremely* and *annoying* repetitive voice lines. It's also very heavy-handed with the power-ups and in app purchases. You don't even need them. Game gets two stars instead of one for the clean art and lack of bugs.

except for freezing at times, love it. Update, screen going black , have to close & reopen losing a turn. This time took me back to beginning. I mean the 1st level when I was in the 3000s. Update new phone went from being in levels in the 5000. OK, fine got back up to the Garnet league in the 700s level. But, keeps me at 80 points in the monthly game even when I've gone over 80 points. Reinstalling didn't work. So I'm taking a break. Fun except for this & the annoying snakes at the low level

I love this game Been playing it for a long long time. I'm pushing towards level 5000. On the most part this game works well and is a good brain game. There are some things I'd like to see fixed. Like ,, when you just busted all kinds of stuff up, it busts so fast you don't get all the rewards. And there's been several times in these upper levels I spent days trying to beat a level and when I Finally did it went to the end and then just froze and didn't give me credit for winning the level.

I was actually enjoying the game, made it to level 263, but there are two irritants that I am annoyed with to the point of uninstalling. One is the ads after every single level, win or loss. Second are the butterflies that 90% of the time do NOT help you with that you need. Multiple times I have lost the round hoping it will clear the last gold or jewel piece needed to win, yet every time it clears some useless piece thus forcing you to use all your powerups or lose your ×3. Annoying.

Perfect Except... I had minimized the game while in the middle of a quest on my phone only to come back to the game less than 20 minutes later and it restarts the app. It then counted my quest as a second try, which ruined my three-star collecting >:( Other than that this game is very fun and addicting!! Edit: Thanks for a response developers! I've changed my rating to five stars!

Great until you hit the 1400+ level and then it glitches. Tiles don't drop into play area, doesn't recognize special gems as their color, doesn't get you all the keys you need to begin with, freezes, etc. I didn't notice it before until I got to level 1420 and now it happens atl least once ever 5 or so levels. Obviously addicting as I've made to level 1432!

I keep losing my progress. I have been playing for years, and I am on levels above 5000 and have lost all progress and it took me all the way back to level 1.

Okay so after not playing this one for ages, I came back to it today and I don't even recognize it, what happened?? The map is gone, the genie keeps repeating the same lines and it freezes causing you to have to close it out, replay the level and lose a life! To be fair, the added hours of freeplay and the treasure chest are very generous, and I will admit it's still fun, but the piggybank?? Why get on the bandwagon with so many other games that do that now, seems a bit unfair!!

I love how beautiful the game has been carefully created and just love the dynamics of the graphics. The characters are very bright and detailed. The colors are bright and the levels are thoughtfully planned in a way where it is challenging but also keeps my brain stimalulating out through game. Can be addictive also.

I just started playing and I'm enjoying it so fat (level 22). Cute graphics. Game gets more difficult as you advance. Haven't had too many ads yet.

Too many ads. This used to be a pretty good game but now it's just frustrating. I don't care for the snakes but can deal with them better the the ridiculous ads.

Having fun in this game, its a match 3, and the levels are getting challenging.

Love this game, but the ads are constant after every game ... you can click them off but it takes 3 attempts .... I dont mind watching an ad to get a booster, but that's my choice xnd it's not forced upon me .... this games was fab when it didn't have the forced ads ....

too early to post, but so far I like it. 4 star for now but I will update the more I play. oh the only problem I am having is connecting to Facebook. I already have an account, but for some reason it not connecting and I'm not getting the reward.

I love this game. I have played so much that it is imprinted on my phone screen. I left my phone at work, so I am currently downloading it on my tablet so I can play while watching tv tonight. Someone posted that they are up to game 2700+, girl, you got a long way to go. I think I'm up in the 6000s. Maybe I'm wrong... but it is imprinted on my screen and I am quite embarrassed of how much I spend on this game. Guilty pleasure!
