• Stop fraudulent activity before it even happens with the alert feature. Based on your preferences, Genisys Card Controls can send you a real-time alert when your card is used outside of your chosen preferences, giving you the power to deny the transaction or turn your card off. Alert preferences can be set by:
• Location – based on where the transaction occurs
• Transaction type – based on type of transaction at point of sale
• Merchant type – based on the type of merchant where the transaction occurred
• Threshold – based on the threshold amount set by the user (i.e. – transactions over $500 receive an alert)

The card control part of the app operates very poorly. I've added my second card into the app about 5 or six times but the app will add it then as soon as I close it its kicked back out. My first card is on there automatically but it won't stay off when I turn it off. Once I log out of the app it's back on.
Extremely slow with debit/credit card usage alerts. Often takes several hours to be notified that your card has been used. Have even received alerts 24+ hours later. The old CardNav app used to be instant. Reported issues to Genisys, they told me they'd call me back, several weeks later they haven't. Without quick alerts this app is useless.
used to get notifications now i dont get any and in the unlikely event that I do, its a day later. I have a great internet connection when connected to wifi and cell service is always 3 or 4 bars. please fix your application. if not I'll consider taking my bank account elsewhere.
Can't turn my card on because clicking on the card control option in the genisys app takes me to the app store instead of the card control app. Will likely have to go in to the bank to turn my card back on.
App works as intended, but according to my OS System notification it's always running in the background, maybe a bug fix??
Card control stopped working 2 days ago when an update was installed on the phone. What a shame. Very useful application.
was working well, as far as notifying me whenever a charge was put onto the card, then just quit notifying / quit working. already uninstalled.
Currently unable to turn my card on or off. It keeps bringing me back to the app store to install even though it's already installed
They make so much money off fees here they actually had to make a second app just for your debit card. Lol wow.. pointless..waste of time and money
App still gives notifications, but all I get when I try to access it, is a blank page. Android 10.
don't understand all the bad reviews. the app works. im using it to get alerts everytime my debt card is used.
Really nice to have control of your cards and see when they have been used. I would definitely recommend the app.

Don't work. Use to but now it tells me my login is invalid. What a waste!
This app makes me login to my Genisys mobile account, but will not recognize my password on this actual app... so I cnt even get in to turn my card off if needed.
No issues. I use it to disable my card until I need it.
App crashed b4 I can even set up this is disappointing considering the other banks are ages ahead and you guys can't even pull this off.

Love it because I have companies always trying to charge my card. And like I can turn it off from being charged. I have been with the CU every since they were Tri-Piont. They always have helped me Everytime I ask. Only complaint I have that when you all takes a long time to get someone. But other than that I am very happy with them.
