Will not save my user name....have to enter it everytime. Mobile deposits are horrible on this app. I gave up and chose my other credit union to deposit a check. Just got a Pixle 2 and loaded the app. Everytime I try to open it to input my information the app crashes. Horrible and a waste of time
As of yesterday I cant get into the app at all. I called the bank to let them know and they said they are working on an update but its not to the public yet and that maybe it's my provider.... its not Verizon it's this app. I tried getting ahold of the app developers and I've heard nothing back. No we will look into, no the matter is getting fixed nothing. And I still cant get into the app. Now I have to waste time going to the bank to check my account and transfer money.
ANDROID USERS: I recently got the Pixel 3XL and the app would not work. It would close as soon as you established secure connection. I went to the "app info" for my Genisys app and cleared all storage and cache and the app works perfectly fine now.
Updated Google pixel 2, app won't open, just crashes after establishing secure connection. I've been waiting months for this to be updated, FIX THIS! Otherwise Ill be switching credit unions. I rely on this app daily.
Google Pixel 2 update to Android Pie, which left this app not compatible. The only app not compatible out of my 100+ apps and I use this one often. The new app next month doesn't do us any good nor does clearing cache.
Stopped working after Android 9 update, pixel xl force stops. Tried clearing cache, force stopping and still doesn't work. Update: just got the pixel 3 XL and app still does not work. Closes out immediately after 'establishing connection'
Use to work well. Unfortunately with most recent Android update around 8/18 timing, caused this app to not work properly. Once updated, I'll gladly move up my rating, back to satisfactory+. FYI - phone is pixel XL2.
It recently stopped working on the Pixel 2 XL. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it crashes after the splash screen. I will update this reviews once the problem is resolved.
This app closes whenever it tries to "establish a secure connection" ever since the Android 9 update. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.
Is it me? Or does this technology for mobile depositing in the whole entire app itself the most frustrating and lowest technology you can ask from a bank like Genisys? I have the most frustrating time depositing my checks Via mobile. Genesis please update your app. Look at Bank of America as a good example of a mobile app.
It used to work perfectly. I dont know what happened but now it either crashes on startup, or it won't connect to the servers.
Crashes immediately on my pixel3 phone. Very dissatisfied. I cleared cache and storage and re-registered. Now it's working.
I know the fix for people with Google pixel 2 update issues: Go to settings, apps, Genisys CU, storage, then clear storage then clear cache.. it worked for me!!
Used to work great now it does not work at all. They said a new app was coming but when !! Frustrating when you do everything on line from your phone!!
This app is trash. They told me they were working for an Android 9 compatible app in July. Still nothing. Gonna switch CU's.
When I updated my pixel XL, app no longer works. Please fix. I really liked it before it crashed.
I really don't like this new app.It's not user friendly and way to large.The other was compact and easy.This one is way to large and confusing to use.I don't like it at all.
After upgrade to Android 9 the application just crashes when I try to open it. It is now completely useless
This app needs to get updated! It does work with Android pie but you need to clear cache and storage after Force close.
The app wont connect to server 30 percent of time. Absolutely worthless due to the extreme unrelabity

I love Genisys, but it's about time to release the new app! Has been several weeks of this app being unusable on Android Pie...
Used to use this app all the time with great success. However, since updating my Google pixel 2 to Android Pie the app keeps crashing right after it establishes a secure connection. Please fix!!! I will update my review if issue is resolved!
