I like almost everything about the app except the fact that when looking to see a copy of the check which was cashed sometimes I get an error message (DS:1.8-data not found). It happened on 5 checks cashed between March 1st and March 16th. This is not the first month it has happened. It happens regularly each month. This situation needs rectifying. I like to see the checks which have cleared and have them available for my records if needed. Otherwise, it's a great app.

I would give it 5 stars but I don't like this app because I do not get text notifications when a deposit or withdrawal hit my account. It would be nice to be notified ALL the time if a transaction is happening to my account rather its with or without the debit & I would love an option to deny/approve a purchase via text.

App works great!! Easy to use, makes moving your money around extremely easy and has simple features to help you easily locate extended branches, apply for loans and so on. Love it! Best way to bank, in my opinion! 😊

Absolutely love banking with Genisys Credit Union I never have any problems they're always there to help me with anything that I need at any point in time. As for any questions they answer everything and is done professionally, I like tgat I don't get extra overcharge fees it's a one-time fee.The experience banking with a credit union vs a bank is just an absolutely amazing love it!

Not only is the banking app itself easy but every single time I go into my bank personally, I have never once run into a negative employee. Always a smile and happy to help. What a wonderful staff!! I couldn't ask for more from a bank. People can be so negative these days especially after covid unfortunately, yet every time they are always so cheerful and pleasant. Not to mention always willing to figure out anything you need help with. Hardworking and loyal?? CHECK!! Love them all

I love how I can keep track of fine details about my recent and past purchases. I do, however, like how it doesn't tell me what it is I would have paid for. Say you buy an Arizona from the gas station? It would only tell you you spent something at the gas station. Now I know that may be a bit much to ask for, but if it were possible to have it lost what exactly you paid for in the details section that would be amazing. But besides that I enjoy this app very much!

app crashing once initial login unable to reaccess app on Android 9 software .... update fixed issues have had zero issues since. I use this app multiple times a day and use all functions. Great app even better credit union.

As soon as I login an error appears telling me my session expired and to login again. I've tried installing and reinstalling and allowed location access as it asked (though seems unnecessary). The app is useless if you can't login.

For the most part the app works great. You can manage as many accounts you have through them in one screen, even auto loans. Only down every few months early am for maintenance.

I did not agree to phone access or location tracking and denied both in my phone app security settings. The app still works -- GOOD. I do NOT want you to have access to either. You dont need it... I appreciate the fingerprint recognition, a lot. The ads, I do not appreciate. The app is super bloated with unnecessary stuff. It does the same three things that I used in the old version, otherwise.

Excellent mobile banking application. Everything is logically layed out, and the UI is easier to use and looks much more modern than the previous app. The hamburger menu is arranged well, and there's just the right amount of features without making it too confusing. I also appreciate the quick access button, which makes it easy to get to the mobile deposit feature. I just hope the latter feature works better than the previous one when it comes to detecting my paychecks. Well done overall though!

It would be a decent upgrade from the old app if it didn't clutter the screen with old closed out accounts. The "edit display" option should allow you to hide them, but only permits you to change the name of the account. Reached out to customer service and was told it could take up to 2 years for it to disappear. The old app never showed old, closed out accounts and still had 98% of the features of the new one. Overall, not the end of the world, but this "upgrade" was forced upon members.

For normal use, it's a pretty good app. Easy to use and quick to load. I have to take a star off though for the mobile deposit aspect. When using mobile deposit, there's an awful sound that plays when the pictures are taken, assuming the app accepts your pictures (I take 4k pictures and still have regular issues) there's also a two day waiting period no matter what that you can't seem to get around. It is a good app, it just has a pretty irritating bug I feel in one specific area.

This app is a useless waste of space. They changed the login for biometrics to one in which it cancels out if you touch any part if the screen, and if you're able to somehow get a reading it fails because of how lightly you applied pressure. After that it locks you out of your account. Completely useless app that just takes up space until they fix it.

A couple days ago I gave feedback. Now here is more. In the old app, when I added linked accounts they would appear in the order in which I added them. Basically, in the order of importance. In the new app, it is choosing the order in which the account appears. It is frustrating to scroll past my 8-year old's account which never changes in order to look at the joint account with my wife.

after playing around with the app for 30 minutes my impression is positive Pros: - Fingerprint Login (fast) - Consistent: UI is similar to the new site. crisp, clean, and super green -Card Controls seem incredibly useful and helpful Cons: -Font is big for account balances. This is nice on the eyes, but when in public I'll miss the privacy of small font not advertising my balances. -App does not show "source" and "destination" for tranfers(within acct or to other member). Very disappointing

This app just keeps crashing on my phone now. Won't even open. This has happened before and I always have to reinstall which is a pain because I have to log back in the long way every time. That used to fix it so it wasn't too annoying. But now, the app works once, then won't open again. I won't be re-downloading every time I want to check my balance, so fix it. Also, can't even check my balance on your website right now. This bank belongs in the dark ages.

Would have been nice to have some warning instead of trying to login to the old app and not being able to anymore. I don't know my member number so i can't register the new app. incredibly inconvenient! Hopefully there won't be an emergency where i need to access my account Edit:Turns out the old app still works, there was some bad timing with a system outtage. Recevied amazing customer service from Genisys over the matter. As for the new app, the new GUI is great and the much needed fingerprint login is a very welcome addition Edit #2:The app doesn't work. It won't even start up unless I either uninstall/reinstall or clear cache and storage. And this needs to be done every time. Edit #3 customer service for Genisys continues to be top notch. They reached out to me to give me a workaround to get the app working. 6 stars for customer service, 4 stars for the app until it works without a workaround

i wish u could still see pending transactions like i used to be able to. i also liked the lock feature on the old app. it doesnt show a difference in the available balance and total balance and it takes way to long to post transactions. wouldnt be terrible if the pending transactions feature was still there. id rather use the old app but aparently that was not an option.

This app is okay. just got to get used to it. I just wish like in the previous app on certain accounts you could arrow down and see when the next payment is due because not all my scheduled payments show up on the new app under scheduled payments. So far it seems easy to move around. ***UPDATED TO 5 STARS*** Still very easy to move around. Glad to see some of the features I was looking for when this app first came out are now included.

I love how easy it is to use and view my account and have access to nearly all aspects of this financial institution's tools! The staff here is super friendly and helpful and they check back with you because they care. I never wanna leave this credit union. It seems to work ok as of a few minutes of use. BUT I am very concerned that screenshots are allowed within the app! It is a very basic security feature for even apps that don't concern personal finances to have screenshot blocking at least as an option. PLEASE implement that feature. Thank you
