Genpact Inspector Pro 2.0


The app worked fine a few times, then it wouldn't upload properly. I could see the pictures were present as thumbprints, but couldn't get them to enlarge to take screen shots. The help desk had me focestop the app but still could not complete upload. They then told me to delete the app and they would reassign the visit. So, don't rely on the app. Take backup pictures I wish they would return to the old reliable app

In comparison to the old app, this new app has some improvements, but it does NOT have a local accessible data directory to store photos (very useful feature) like the previous app. This app keeps hanging, takes long time to upload photos and return the displayed message to inform the assignment is successful uploaded, its performance even worsened in comparison to the old app. While performing 4 assignments, 2 got stuck without uploading successful and cannot retrieve photos. Big thumb DOWN 👎

Crashes, sluggish, refuses to upload when phone screen is off have to say you read the agreement each time app is started and that radio button is almost impossible to activate. You click done on every screen then when you get to damage photos your reflexes is to click done again then no more damage photos can be added untill you go back after finishing all else. Phone # of job is not clickable.

The app drives me nuts as an inspector. I have hadtrouble transferring photos once shot ecase of no internet connection, and the other day could not shoot two inspections because the app would not open despite repeated attempts to uni stall, reinstall, and restart my phone. Then my grade for the jobs were lowered because l didn't use the app, but l called in for elp and to report. I was goven the ok to ise the portal andthen penalized, which is unfair. But the app has got to be tweaked work.

Horrible. App is buggy & photos do not upload consistently. The App is not user friendly & does not allow for easy correction of simple mistakes (hitting next too soon before uploading all desired photos). Consistently horrible, terrible, awful, & bad experiences with this app.

Complete waste of time, pictures won't upload. Have tried closing, and uninstalling. Don't use it. No problems with the older one.

The app needs to provide the ability to go back to a step if it is inadvertently missed. Not being able to go back and having to reset and do the entire inspection over is a waste of the inspector and the customer's time

Mostly excellent. Once would not upload. Make it simpler to correct the error if you hit the wrong key by mistake.

I actually like this app more than the last one. I don't like that the photos are no longer saved on my phone, but it's not that big of an issue for me as the app works just fine. Have not had any issues so far.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. It stops in the middle of an inspection, it has caused me to return to jobs for repeat pics and it has cost me time and money. I will not use this app until I am assured it WORKS.

I MUST SAY THAT THIS APP HAS IMPROVE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I'M HAVING,,,IT WILL NOT LET YOU GO BACK TO CORRECT AN ERROR YOU MADE. FOR EXAMPLE: WHEN TAKING PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGES AND YOU WANT TO ADD MORE PHOTOS AND MISTAKENLY HIT DONE...YOU CAN'T GO BACK, YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO THE END(REVIEW). THAT WHY I GAVE IT 4 STARS

Cannot upload photos. doubles the time it takes to do the job. I have to screenshot and email them. Doubles the time it takes to do as job

Can't upload photos and OnSource doesn't know how to fix the issue. Lots of my time has been wasted.

Too many bugs not efficent at all takes to long to upload. if I am to do field testing I should be paid for field testing and mileage.

Does not work right ever and it keeps my pictures so if the app does not work we can not send pics in another way.

The app can be bugg, I notice must have wifi available when upload photos to submit. Don't use the phone internet.

Horrible new app fix it onsource. Wasted so much time pics will not upload. Stays saying uploading forever. Use old app instead

I have tried to use the software on three separate assignments. I have been able to use it one time only.

unable to download this app. I've tried to reset my phone and it still wont upload.

Gmail and password it just keeps telling you nuts wrong password error but yet no place to ask for update or new password

Worked for 2 days then just stopped. OLD VERSION MORE RELIABLE.

This is a scam stay far away
