I just recently started using this app which is required by my employer. Since download I've had many issues and the most troublesome and ANNOYING is the fact that this specific app has caused my Bluetooth connection to randomly drop to 50% volume every 5-10 minutes no matter what audio device I'm connected to or what music/video I'm listening to on my S10e. After hours of troubleshooting and tech support calls and forums I've narrowed it down to this corrupted excuse for an app! 0 stars!!!
Absolutely love the convenience
New: 6/4/2020 app has stopped working after an update on 5/18/2020 New update: 1/18/19 app works as expected again after latest update. Thank you dev team. 1/15/19 Since update, app kept popping up saying it had to close, even when it wasn't running. Did uninstall-reinstall, now it just crashes on initialization. I use GenSuite for a weekly job requirement.
Very clunky and slow and moves by itself when you don't expect it to. And not very good. I guess when companies make their employees use apps like this the apps don't have to work right?
Not able to attach photos from my gallery. When I select photo and click on Attach, suddenly app gets crashed everytime.
worst app ever, taking too much loading time during full network strength, also filled details deleted once screen will auto off, bad in photo uploading.
Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall. Jumpy interface with radio buttons out on curved edge of screen.
I keep getting notifications that the app has stopped working, and in the middle of an audit, it crashed.

Thank you for the update! I love using the app for my inspection reporting. It is really convenient and easy to be used.
