Cant enter the App. Even got the VIP Counter staff to help me, but they too failed to activate the App for me. It is a miserable failure, for me at least.
It won't let me log in saying my information is incorrect. Also won't let me correct my phone number. 😒fix this I've been a member for so long since the New York resort world open . So why can't I get in yet you keep sending me emails 😒
Very fantastic, in life I never seen like this management,cleaning, service, respect, and everything, hats off to all of you, who are running and managing this cruise
Tried so many times still can't log in . Forgotten passwords unable to log in.
Installed this app and causing my mobile phone over heat. Right after uninstall, phone back to normal.

app no info app no new update and happening event booking room -search with alot time app not user friendly but genting highland is 6star wonderful place genting app should be a 5star app
