This app is good. It just needs to be a little more user friendly. I'm a doorman and I use this app quite often. If I make a comment on my work computer on an open event and save it. I can not see the comment on the app. Also there should be a button to sign out multiple events while you have one event open. It's time consuming to have to go to the close multiple events option when all they need to do is add a button if there are multiple events for a resident.
The only feature we use at my property is the ImageR but it randomly shuts down our phones, HARD. As in will not power on at all until it's put on the charger. As of now we're uninstalling the app hopefully this major bug will be fixed soon but it's not worth finding out what other issues it might be causing.
I like this app, I think is very useful. I just have a bit of a problem uploading photos to the maintenance requests. It will upload a photo taken directly but if I try to do it from the phone library most of the time it won't upload.
I use this app for work. And it's constantly not working. Keep getting sync fail. Can't access the shift log to write my logs. And yes I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times
I just logged in 17 packages. It's UNABLE TO SYNC. This has been an ongoing issue. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Infuriating..
To many times problems with syncing, it will need an option to edit comments on app and also to have a history of events after you mark them closed !
Works good (ish) but drains battery FAST . It even crashed one time while I was scanning package , and I am not on some budget phone . Galaxy Note 9 with android 9 . Waiting for update .
Can't open maintenance tickets or send emails. Basically the app has become useless foe a manger to use remotely.
Getting better still have some weird bugs like packages that are Scan sometimes disappeared and force close .
Great communication tool to all residents in the building. Support team was very helpful as well.
I just this app for work it's great it's great to keep up with any all the events at the office .

We need a calendar feature! That way we can see the reservations made for any of the amenities.
Latest update will not let me search units ending with letters
It works very well. An update on the scanning bar when confirming the scan with a check mark would be great to have if possible. Maybe even a new design and set up for the app like on the actual web page they made recently would be awesome as well. Other than that it's good and easy to use.
