Hi, so after the updated version was released yesterday, it says that the files are mow stored in the internal storage, I used Samsung s8 to collect the data. But now whenever I am trying to open the file from my internal storage, it says the app to open the data file is not in my phone and to search for it in Play store. May I please know which app I need to download for my files to open from the internal storage.
This msg it's to everyone. This app is great BUT, pls note that's not helpful for the static mode if you are using the internal receiver of your mobiles! It's necessary to connect your mobiles to an external L1/ L2 receiver and record the data for at least 15 min. Pls note that until yet there is no any mobile in the world that has an L1/ L2 gnss internal receiver.
Basically an excellent app that does what it says it will. Would get 5 stars with some extra functions added. I have a Galaxy Tab 6 and collected 2 hours of data for PPP post processing and got good results.
Great app!!! it would be nice if we can choose sampling rate. But pseudoranges for some satellites are too long to be true in RINEX file, thousands of km wrong. I experienced this same issue in Huawei P20 Lite and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. What could be the reason?
The application should have menu for setting, coordinates type (lat, long or UTM), no need for cartesian coordinate system. Presently it can only read geographic coordinates in decimal degrees and cartesian coordinates.Work on these in next update
Hello. I want to know whats these exported data means, Can I see the website or... to know that? and one more thing... I use Mi9 SE phone and data that collected, dont show in exported file, and app cant show position, its my problem or apps problem?
Pretty cool, I tried in a new tablet, the support suggest me an older tablet version, Nexus 9, now I get all the data a and the app work super... One question which software can you suggests for post processing? All the best
Very satisfied with the app and the response over mail after being in contact with Geo++. This app has been used to produce results for a master thesis, without any major problems. By measuring statically (relative to reference station), a point precision of less than 5 mm has been produced. This is mostly thanks to Geo++ and their super app. Credits will be given in the paper!
Hello Sir, I have install this app, but i can't get proper rinex data. I have install it in MI note 5 pro. Is this depends on mobile handset? if yes then which phone is more suitable please suggest me.
Even though the data are not very precise, the App is very good
Rinex file contains duplicate data sets for every second, why? Samsung A20
Does not give Navigation file
Nice but not for me. Good app, but no use for RINEX here.
force closed after the new update in my Note 9 android pie
It does not log L1 and L5 from GPS on Xiaomi Mi 9.
No more coordinates in 2.1 version?
Wish to improve more
I need to how can I process the data using TBC ?
Why does the app not collect ephemeris so that the Rinex data can be post processed?
EDIT: It was a problem on my side thank you for the reply! Can't view the created files, error pops up that pictures were deleted so file isn't being able to be viewed.
Great idea, but keeps crashing with Nexus 6P (which supports raw GPS). Also, needs the option to create new filenames.
App works very well, tested with a Samsung s8+. Great job!!! However, I have a question: why Galileo obs are almost always missing even when satellites are in view? Is this a bug? Thank you!
Logged the data with Huawei P10. It would be great if we can change the sampling rate to save the memory for long observations files. Thanks.
Hi. It looks your app works fine, however I am not sure what the files in your GEO++ folder are. I have four of them: GEOP320U.19o, GEOP320V.19o, GEOP320W.19o and GEOP320T.19o. It suppose to be one single RINEX multifrequency file uploadable to OPUS Gov. site (here in the U.S.), for postprocessing. However, if I upload any of them, it constantly sends me the following message: "The RINEX dataset submitted to OPUS only contained data for a single frequency. Dual frequency data is needed for processing. Aborting..." Also, it forces me to process it as 'Rapid Static', instead of 'Static', despite having collecting data for 4 hours. Is there a cure for this? Thanks. (I have Samsung S 10)
