Totally exceeded my expectations. I got GeoBlue insurance for a two-week trip to India. I loved being able to search for hospitals and doctors on the app.
It's clean and reliably built. The scan directly to Claims feature is not always able to take good quality images and it's better to take one's own scans and import them for submitting claims from the mobile platform. Otherwise being able to make mobile claims while abroad is the strongest feature. It would also be great to be able to view and update account holder information in the app, such as review the registered address, email, and reimbursement methods. Customer support is very strong.
Sends notifications for stuff that isn't relavent thousands of miles away. Turned off all notification setting still coming in. Will delete app.
This app provides excellent person to person service when directly contacted but actually using the app for anything else is very difficult. All of the contract info for clinics was outdated and out of order. Very frustrating experience! But again, their person to person service was very direct, helpful and immediate.
The keyboard does not pop up with this app, rendering it useless ad I cannot login or register.
I can't log on. Successfully set up password on app, but then could not log on. Reset password. App still reports incorrect username or password. It must be the password because the username worked to reset password. It looks like I can only use this in a browser.
So I'm trying to register as a new user. When asked the birthdate, it doesn't allow manual entry but only left and right navigation by month. So if now is May 2019 and my birth month Jan 1974, i calculated that i have to click about 532 times the left button. I got distracted at about 200+ times and it got reset back to May 2019. I gave up registering here and switched to iPhone app instead!
Second trip using geo blue, first one didn't need thankfully, bought second policy for new trip, app still shows first trip, I have tried and tried to get new ID cards app won't update, I'm stuck going on a second trip with old ID cards, app is horrible
A relatively simple alternative to printed cards. None of the notifications applied to where we were traveling, but if they had, it would have been useful.
The app previously worked and was ok, but following the latest update, I am unable to login. The app simply freezes at the login screen and the loading icon appear perpetually.

Would be five stars if some of the layout saved changes and wasn't so tedious and confusing. But it could be worse!
The app is very user friendly. I needed to obtain a pre authorization for a procedure and their staff were very helpful.
I cannot get the app to open on my Samsung 8 phone. Just a blue screen and then time out.
So far it is working well. I can take photos with my phone instead of scanning documents on my computer

Extremely difficult to install and use app. Difficult to even sign in. Ugh. 45 min and still struggling. I even had two other people try and they could not do it either. Please simplify like Florida Blue. Thank you. But it looks cool on the laptop.
