I never make reviews but today I just had to. This app is supposed to go hand and hand with the Bet365 app but these 2 are absolutely terrible combinations. There are tooo many bugs. Everytime I turn this app on and got to bet365 and try make a bet, it always stops me from betting because the app cant find my location. I often have to keep signing in and out until it actually links. Which always makes me miss opportunities for live bets. I'm completely unsatisfied with this app.
Horrible. It does *not* work 90% with my mobile devices or any desktop . while I was using it doing bets it simple stop to work and the website in my desktop or any of my mobile devices, the app doesn't work all the time they can't see where is my location.it work only driving people crazy wasting their time with it. I don't have idea why bet365 trying to use this app it is working 10% of the time. They sent a ticket for me but anyway still not working. Complain here don't have effect.
Wow. This is the best app I've ever downloaded. Words can't describe how amazing it is and how it works all the time! Just kidding. Like all the other reviews, it doe NOT work properly and I'm unable to use bet365. Oh well. Maybe it's a good thing since I'm a degenarate and have found other sites that don't need to use this app in Ontario. Also, don't ask me for a ticket, GeoGuard. Who does that.
Worst app. Doesn't pick up location at all. Doesn't work properly with the bet365. Have lost many offers due not being able to open certain games. High mistake made by Ontario sports books.
Garbage. Just keeps you running in circles. Doesn't actually register jnstead spins and spin saying locating and then telling you to download the app again. Frustrated beyond belief and maybe an alternative to this garbage app dhoild be made.
This app horrendous with regards to communicating location with Bet365. I am physically located in Ontario but this app doesn't transmit my location and it can't verify my location. Unable to place a single bet for over a week now..😣😣😣
I have no problem giving you access to location data while I'm using the betting app. But to require full access all the time? Screw you! Soon as I'm done with placing my bet you get forced closed and your permissions get revoked.
What a POS this app is . It almost never picks up the location Have Uninstalled app and installed again many times, But still does not pick up the location. Bet365 needs it, they need to find a better app. If possible I would have given zero rating.
Not able to access Bet365 with this useless app, hasn't worked for weeks since the switch. Sports Interaction may not be the popular choice, but the geolocater actually works. I'd suggest switching, Bet35 will NOT work with this useless app
What a terrible app!!! I'm constantly having to reload and sign in and out... missing bets and timing out in the casino! Hot garbage best describes this app! No stars if it were possible!!
I give your app 1 Star at this time. It has been downloaded three times because bet365 was not able to use it to identify my location in Ontario, Canada on the first two tries. I confirmed the last download and gave bet365 the freedom to use your app's info 24/7. I have to trust the mechanics of the operation to you and that of bet365 in England. Can open my account but still unable to place bets. 11 days & holding!
This app is useless. It always says don't force stop but I'm not and when trying to post a bet or play casino games, it says to install and open when it's already running with allowed location and precise location functions ON. Please fix the issues as it's prevented me from betting or gambling for last few days.
Take this stupid app down from the Play Store. The fact that it's available for download is an embarrassment to any app store it is featured on. It has one job and cannot do it at all in any consistent manner. Abolish and start from scratch; this ain't it. I'm extremely fed up with this garbage and trying to use Bet 365.
Invasive and doesn't solve the problem of not being able to use features as I'm still told to download this app so I can continue. Literally solved nothing and just wastes space, time, and peace of mind.
if this is a way to stop us from using bet365, it's working... I've done whats asked, every time the app says I can go back to browser and when I do, it sends me back to the location app.
If I could click zero stars I would, They require all your personal information and doesn't work. I can't believe bet365 calibrated with geoguard looks like ill be going back to sports interaction again, all this location verification does is slow your bets down, and makes it not fun 👎. Sportinteraction no location necessary and won't delays your bets.
It is by far the worst app I have come across unbelievable every time I am trying to bet it will say I need to be in Ontario to bet the app is on so I have to delete it and re install it so many times for it to work.
Constantly does not work. Have tried all recommendations to fix and nothing is working. Not sure how everyone is experiencing this problem and yet there has been no fixes.. precise location is turned on yet it thinks I'm out of the country....?
Unable to locate properly. Absolute junk. I have to use it in ontario for sportbooks and it doesn't work. Always saying I'm not in ontario. Been Over a week and support on both ends are useless with assistance.
UPDATE: Nobody from tech support was able to fix the locating issues. This app is hot garbage, go use another app that doesn't require anything to do with GeoGuard. Terrible app. Can't use BET365 (betting app) in Ontario because GeoGuard won't work on my Android. Tells me to allow permission, I allow and nothing works. There needs to be a zero star option. Guess I'm going to have to get a bookie.
The app pops up when I'm on bet365 so I know it recognizes when I'm on the website, but it won't indicate that I'm in Ontario. I can't place any bets until this useless app gives them my location. Better start looking into other betting sites that use a functioning geolocator app.
App doesnt work as advertised. All the settings are properly inputed, yet still cannot identify my location. Have downloaded multiple web browsers and have troubleshooted and still not working.
Does not even detect location accurately. Sportsbooks made a mistake picking this service. Will be totally willing to change my review if this app ever decides to work for Ontarians, but until then, it's functionally useless.
This makes me have to give a 1 star rating but should be 0. I live in canada where 365 is legal in all provinces and lost access to my location not being valid. Since geogaurd has been mandated bet365 is losing atleast 500 a week of bets I would normally make.

Wish I could give it a 0. I moved all my money off of bet365 because this app is so terrible. If you want to be constantly frustrated, bet365+geoguard is the perfect combination for you!
TERRIBLE !!! This app is just appalling. Never ever works, I missed so many opportunities on Bet365. I truly don't understand why bet365 is on a partnership with this app, completely useless.
Incompetent developers with unnecessary data collection. There's no reason you need my location all the time to function. Your job is to provide my location when I'm using a specific app, only. You have no other reason to need my location 24/7. I will continue to boycott and you will continue to cost your clients business.
Can you guys remove the pinned notification it's bad enough I have to use this app . It's extreamy invasive and annoying atleast hide it, I don't want to be reminded this app is on my phone constantly
App is terrible!! Works about 10% of the time. Ever since Bet365 switched, i've had nothing but problems. This app constantly says im in the wrong location, can't determine my locartion, or works for a few minutes then just cuts out and I cant continue with my bets or games. Ive done everything that support has suggested with re-installing, full permissions, and restarts. Nothing works. Wish we had another option.
