How does this app work I installed it but still being locked out with error message from PRO Agent portal. HELP HELP

How do you plot points? The menu key does nothing, neither does the search key. Ill give 5 stars once I get it working :)

Needs updated for new versions of Android. App tries to open but keeps closing itself. App is useless at this point with the newest version of Android. Used to be a good app.
