Correction: I was excited about using this app! I can't wait to use the features, especially the walkie talkie! Update the walkie talkie didn't work nor did anything else. It keeps sending notifications that someone in my family left it arrived while they are sitting right next to me. Ugh....uninstall.
Thought this was a great app to start with. We had it, and paid for it, for more than 6 months. In the end we had to simply give up trying. We'd suggest avoiding this app/company. Multiple support requests were all ignored (using the App's own Contact Support button). GPS is useless. Notifications rarely happen on anydevices. Circles don't work in any way either. We've now found a much better version, with the same monthly cost, and it is utterly flawless. GPS & notifications always work.
This app worked great at first, but started getting very glitchy recently. After struggling with it for far longer than we should have, my sister and I tried deleting the app and reinstalling on both phones and starting over. However, when I click the button to invite her it says to send her the link or give her the code but there is no link or code. When I click to send an invitation by text, there is no code or link in the message. Really frustrated with this one.
This app has given me peace of mind many, many times! Sure, sometimes it gives alerts late or at times it is not exact. It is most often very close. I wish I could still see the history of recent travel.
When it works it's helpful. Lately though it's not updating positions for hours or days at a time. No one answers tech support emails. I never got premium because the app is not reliable. I kept waiting for it to work better. Seems to be getting worse. I have written to this team multiple times through the app with no response. I guess they don't want people to purchase their app.
Works easily and fine by me. It's accurate in locating my kids and helps me know where they are anytime I want to know. The notifications are especially helpful. I also like the change in topography from day , night and satellite. Great app.
So far this has worked really well and keeping tabs on my child has eased my mind especially as there is travel to school etc and I know when and where on arrival. Happy with thus and can recommend app. It updates regularly and does not appear to be draining my phone battery.
don't even try the trial version. after 3 days your card is debited for the full year. I cancelled subscription in less than 10 minutes. but my account debited for the full year. very deceptive app. and Google will not refund you. do not try also.
I paid for this app but it won't let me use any premium features and keeps asking me to buy it! My subscriptions say I paid for it and I have sent tech support requests that just get ignored. Beyond that the app will suddenly move you a mile or two away while you sit on your couch. So not the most reliable
Putting down places is so inaccurate. For example, say you want to have a Place for your home. The placement method is so inaccurate that most of the time it will put the pin either on your neighbors house or in the street not even close where you put it.
I really like this app. It's simple, easy to use and accurate. I that you can message a person through the app and has a walkie talkie function as well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep up with their love ones, so they know that their safe.
the app was removed from my son's phone and when i re-installed it again a message was showing 'family full'.... I removed the profiles completely, started again re-adding profiles and then the message showing free 3 day trial if i wanted to add a 2nd user.....?? i deleted it!!! not even allowing one user profile now!! giving me a headache, if not fixed im jumping off for another free app that does the same thing.
Slowed down my whole phone, not very accurate
Horrible response from the developer. It charge me twice and it has been over a month to get someone to solve this issue, and they just keep sending general messages. HORRIBLE!!
I have had this for a few years, they've made changes and most have been great. Not always accurate and will get random readings for a few of our family members, but most of the time is is wonderful to be able to get an idea where someone or their device is.
after trying out many such apps this is by far the best i have found for functionality without excessive battery drain. it is also free and without ads for my limited needs.
This app isn't working correctly. Please fix the problem. I have payed for this app. I don't know why I still have this problem. Very important to me to have it working.
