It was great but the latest update has it crashing. It makes it hectic to use now. Please revert back to the previous update or iron out the issue. I love the app though. Will give it 5 stars again once the issue is sorted. Edit: Some issues sorted out. You still need a better update of the available surveys. Some do not load and some give an error response. Thank you. Update: The issues have been sorted and I have given five starts as it should be

When u open the app it takes forever to load, barely get surveys and when you do you are ineligible.Used to be great now is quite terrible..!!!!but I've seen worse,hope they improve or revert to back when it was a really great app

Used to be a really great app before it became unfriendly with users, i even introduced my friends to it. suddenly you reduced the limit of number change without informing your users ahead of time, in my opinion that's unfair and now many of us are stuck. Try to do something about this, maybe take another look at things. the app is really good but I'm a user and that's the problem I'm experiencing at the moment, i hope we get a solution very soon. thumps up

The previous version was okay but after the update I've done over 3 surveys which have not been reflected in my earnings. Also I had withdrawn over a week ago and I haven't received anything Edit: Thank you for sorting it out. Now the only thing left is the credit does not show on the redeem tab

I dont think this app does what it says. This is the second time I have tried redeeming credits to my account but nothing happends. Am disallowed to make any request again for 24hours and yet no credit is sent. My earnings returns to the same amount before I made the request. Its the second time now. Edited. I tried it for the third time and airtime was credited to my account in less than 10 seconds. Thanks Geopoll. Really appreciate it.

At the beginning it's cool I get 200frs for completing 2 surveys but now, they don't provide any survey anymore or if there's one, they just keep saying I'm not compatible for the survey. What's the meaning of that just remove the app from the Play Store and modify it well before uploading

The app is very good and simple. You just answer simple questions and earn points equivalent to cedis. Withdraw at anytime. Have been able to withdraw multiple times. This means I've not bought airtime in a while now. The only drawback according to me is the community polls, it needs to be improved.

It is a boring app... No much results. Can take up to 2weeks without sending a survey and sometimes you are denied airtime. I once filled a survey for the first time time that was paying ksh.100 and they said it would reflect in 2 days... That was the end of it😂😂 I've never seen it and more others. The inconveniences are so heartbreaking 💔

I like the app and i love the survey, they are simple and good but the only reason why i rated it 4 stars its because first its kinda cheap earning, it would be great if you could rise the price a little bit. And final thing its the way of redeeming the money, am in Tanzania and the only way i can is by airtime i mean come on guys you can do better than that bring more option in Tanzania like through skrill and paypal even mpesa

Don't waste time downloading this app,, it will tell you that a verification code will be sent to you. I waited for the code for over 30 minutes. I tried registering after two days but all in vain. I've tried several times,but still the thing is not working. Install it to test the disappointment

I love this app and the well provided surveys provided. I'd recommend others to give a try and get exposed to answering questions of their view in a certain criteria. The only downside is that the contact us part isn't working, it says network error.

Good app, but it won't let you withdraw airtime to any phone number of your choice....... very limited withdrawal options, you can't even change your registered phone number more than once. It's discouraging..... Very discouraging

Good app. I have done multiple surveys over the years. Those qualifying surveys take too long. It is a waste of time in my view. 2 questions are enough to determine one's suitability. If age is a limiting factor in your surveys, please indicate earlier instead of wasting so much of my time in the screening part.

Good day, I have a problem with the geopoll surveys in Namibia🇳🇦 that I have completed. They ask for my cellphone number to sent a confirmation code , which they don't sent. I even download the app, but still the same problem occur. Please check into this

I wasn't even able to use the app. It kept saying "network error" despite the fact that all other apps work perfectly fine with my network. Disappointed!

It was working well some few days ago, but now whenever i get a notification that there is a new survey I open the page where the various polls are supposed to be, and its just blank. Please check on these, and also the fact that the app most times takes too long to load when being navigated

This app is so good,once you're done with the surveys, they don't delay in making their payments to the geopoll account.its a good app and i trust it. I could rate it a 5 🌟 but they rarely update their surveys. I urge everybody to try this out. Thank you GeoPoll.🙏🙏

After downloading the app for the first time, I got two consecutive surveys, which was great. But now I am getting the survey notification and when I click on the link to take me to surveys, it says no survey available at this moment. Thus problem is happening constantly and I am not able to answer any surveys. Please HELP!!

The best survey app ever. Regular notifications for multiple surveys. Very easy and quick to navigate through the app and instant withdrawals. Thank you guys.

this is a really great app,I have been using for the past two months now I have gotten not too much but it's better than some other apps that I have used that I just fraud but the only complaint I have about this app is that it does not have enough surveys.the the community service are way too much meanwhile surveys that you get paid for or not enough. this is still my best survey app so far

Do they ever have surveys. Have had the app for about 3 years now and only managed to get about three surveys with only me qualifying to answer one. Other time it's just eating up my data bundle and space on my phone. Great wast of time. No need to install.

When i complete a survey i dont get credits. When im still in the survey it says complete but nothing happens. I can either exit survey and my answers wont be saved or i can resume but since im already done, theres nothing to do. Please fix this issue. For several surveys my age is asked then it says im ineligible then all the other surveys say the same without asking any questions. This discrimination is very irritating.

I have just started using it. And I love it's simplicity and the fact that you get paid as and when you request. However I would rather they pay cash instead of airtime. Thanks for the opportunity. Lucy

Can't get past registration for it keeps saying that the confirmation code is invalid yet I have input the correct number sent. Also the UI is quite pathetic.

Get paid for surveys. I do get surveys but not frequently, it will be like months before getting some surveys but it's pays.....I want it to be like, getting like ten and above everyday.

I had to first get the airtime for me to believe. It works well. I would do with a more responsive interface. I also only get survays from the same source.

The new version is not working ok. The surveys are not reflecting on my tasks instead they are on sent. kindly resolve the issue. The old version was perfect.
