Massively drains the battery on a samsung s10 To the point its ineffectual. The app is accessible when screen locked so twice i have accidently reported an emergency. This app needs improving. I have found it impossible to use on my mobile device. Easy enough to use and actually does what is required but the battery drain is a massive issue.

Trial auto renewed, never used app sent me to collections no warning
Notifications don't work most of the time. They only come through once the app is opened. This issue caused is a big one because if I'm not notified I need to check in and I miss it (which I often do) and i get 2 different teams calling to check up on me. Which is very unnecessary and inefficient, not only for myself but also creates more work for the other teams involved. Please fix this issue.
