This website is horrible I just registered use my username and password got in no problem. I went back to long in in the same day i can't get back in anymore keep telling me it's a error on user are password is . I can't check my account on phone you only have so many time free before they charge you for checking your balance. I wish they would use a different card provider.

When I hit create new user and fill out all the information it says cannot create user. User with given login already exists. Please use a different login. Then when I hit forgot user ID and enter my card number and CVV it says cannot find any client that matches the given biographical information. I've never registered to this website yet. Please help me...thanks.

Thps app use to work great. Now I cannot check my balance because it says phone not supported. I have called nomber on card but it is automated and will not let me talk to anyone about this issue. Relying on this app daily and now frustrated because it doesn't work. Please update and fix problem. Thank you...

Someone already said that it keep saying wrong username or password. You guys said the issue was fixed. Now, I install it two months later and it still saying the same thing. Its better off going straight to the website, where there's no problems. If I could rate this app a zero I would. Its a waste of space.

The NC Debit Card has changed as of August 1, 2015 but this app still has the previous card (which obviously does no longer work). App worked great before but without the updated card it's useless. 8/4/2015: In regards to your answer to my initial post: As I was trying to tell you, the NC Debit Card has changed as of August 1, 2015. The one you are displaying in your app is no longer valid. The new NC Debit Card is a different color/background as it now is affiliated with a different bank.

I'm currently unable to access this app due to the error messages pertaining to my server is Not supported, login information isn't correct, internet connection is unavailable. I've been using this app without any issues for at least a year now, I logged into it to check my balance and all of a sudden my phone is no longer supported, I've tried reinstalling it but it still says phone unsupported, u have a Galaxy S4, not that old of a phone! Now I have to call the number on the back of the card which deducts a certain amount for each call :(

I've used this app for awhile and it worked just fine until recently. Now I keep getting a message when I log in sarong my phone is not supported. This is really frustrating and inconvenient. I tried unmistakable and re downloading but still doesn't work

Firstly, works great. All the info I need without wasting a call. Secondly, It says right in the description that only 3 states are available. Plus numerous comments about this have been answered by creator stating more are coming soon. Read first people, save yourself some time.

This app was really good and convenient except now I can no longer long in. I put in my user name and password and it says they're wrong. I go to the website and put in the exact same username and password and I have no issues whatsoever.

I've had this app for a while just recently I can't log in. It keeps sayn error try again later. Its been over a month now and its still doing the same thing. I've called one representative hung up on me. So I have to call to check my balance & see if my funds have posted. Ga needs to do better. 👎🏼

I'm in virginia and I've been using the app quite extensively for months now. Just about a week ago I attempted to login same as always and I got an error message stating that my phone is not supported. I'm disappointed and would truly appreciate it if the app was updated or the glitches are treated so that we all can enjoy this app.

It works the same day I install it then the next day it will say my username and password are wrong. I then have to uninstall it an re install. It happens over and over again.

I can check my balance, and check transactions in previous months. Could be better with the appearance of it and the option to save user name and password,putting my username and password in ever time is kind of a hassle but it works just fine, it's a straight to the point app...check your balance.

It's an awesome app and I love it becAuse I don't have to waste time and money calling to inquire about my balance. The app comes up really quickly also. I just don't like that it's not in real time sometimes it doesn't give a description until the next day. That was a negative but everything else was positive!!!!

I live in Mississippi, and for a while I had problems with the app. Then I took it out of my phone, redownload the app, and it has worked every since. I find when it tells me that I have a wrong password or something like that, then I have typed it in to fast. We are a generation that blames others to fast. Grow up, slow down and try to fix your on mistakes first.
