Company charged me $500 and talked to me like I'm an idiot when I explained to them that average usage doesn't jump 70% in a month unless there's a problem. Even had my landlord come inspect and still won't send them the bill or communicate. The bill is now $800 and I don't even live there anymore. The app NEVER showed a past due balance and I always paid more than I owed to stay ahead but when I called to cancel since I was moving all of a sudden I was behind $300 with an upcoming $200 bill.
App is terrible. I used a bank acct once and now there is no way to remove it. I clicked the X to retype a new acct and routing number but it does not save it. How do I know? Because I just got an Insufficient Funds letter from the bank account that I CLOSED last month. I clicked the button to email Customer Support. They replied that they can't answer my question because I didn't include my account number! How dumb. It was a general question and I was logged into the app to access their em
I will NEVER use this app again. For the THIRD time, I've made a payment, and instead of the payment processing when I make it, it waits until the due date, which is sometimes weeks after I've submitted payment! When you live paycheck to paycheck, this kind of thing can be detrimental. I don't appreciate this one damn bit. I hate this stupid app.
The app has stopped opening. The acct number is pre-populated, once I enter in the zip code, the app closes out. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not solve the issue. Any suggestions?
For the past few months when I log in it tells me that I can't use this account to make payments. WHAT????? This the app to make payments!!! I've been using it since November 2019 now as of June2020 I have been having to call my payment in or do it online.
App does not work it appears that no one is reviewing these ratings and is willing to fix it as the same complaint is referenced multiple times (does not work at all or crashes after pressing enter) over many months.
What a horrible app. Glitchy and unresponsive and crashes more often than not. Figures. Their customer service is maybe even worse than the app. Will be ditching this gas supplier after this years contract is over.
Terrible app. Crashes as soon as tap any button. Just signed up with GNG due to lower rates and promo, but regretting it already.
It won't let me login without crashing. Update: It won't let me log in at all. It just says, "We are unable to process your payment at this time. Please try again later." I don't know why it has to use my account number and zip code to log in, or why it won't keep me logged in. I now have to go to the website to pay my bill.
As other reviews state. Cannot log in after entering account number and zip code and pressing enter the app shut down. Reinstalling after restarting phone and other similar combinations does not fix issue as well.

The app crashes . I'm never able to view my bill. Can't set up info. Its A TERRIBLE app. This company can't update and fix their app how could customers feel.confortable using their service. Bad Business
Constantly crashing. I've literally never been able to login. Would love to use this to pay bills, but app is broken.
The app has not opened for me since last year. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work. I would like to use the app but it's not possible right now. Fix it please.
Couldn't login. It's my first time using it and I knew it wasn't gonna get better after reading the reviews so I just uninstalled it. It's easier to just add a shortcut to the website on my homescreen.
I appreciate the convenience but this app is ALWAYS crashing at startup. The developers need to take another look at the bugs!!
out of all of my apps to pay bills this one is the worst it simply don't work you cannot make a payment with it y'all need to fix this it's been like this for over a year now
App will not let me make a payment since feburary. I was able to use it one time and thats it. Deleting this app until the problem is fixed.

Try to pay bill, get a pop up saying an error occurred. Makes my bill late, or shows not received.

This is the most useless app ever, especially for such an important purpose. You have to put in your bank info, rather than a credit/debit card, to pay a bill, you can't see payment history, it doesn't the current due amount for weeks, and it has a "home" tab that doesn't do anything. Like, there is no "home" so what is the tab for? Horrible app, will cause you to waste your money, wish I could give it zero stars, but that's not an option. Screw the app, just use the website.
