Geotab Drive

Slow slow slow. Since last update this app is extremely slow, if you use as fleet operations. Now drivers have verify over and over and over again multiple days . The more updates they do to app the slower it gets. To make matters worse when you call to assist in issue you will ALWAYS hear .... I'll open a case and then it dies on the vine....its a shame once was superior product... Now it's a waste of my drivers valuable time. Here's and idea? How about calling current customers back

I still cannot recommend this app. I continue to have issues and bugs. App logs me out while I'm driving! Not acceptable, at all!

We installed geotab into 30 units so far. Very user unfriendly. Logs you in and out randomly, constantly have HOS violations even if we aren't working because of it. Constantly editing in the office. Why can't you edit in the app? The DOT can see all the changes anyway. We need to be able to turn off the automatic status changes. Really annoying! Thinking of switching back to keep trucking if this isn't resolved. Like the app other than the auto status changing from off duty to on duty.

App is extremely slow to recognize user input following most recent update

I was having fc's after installing Android 12, but after uninstalling/reinstalling, it seems fine again so I changed my rating. The following still stands. The new driving screen is terrible. The old one was much easier to glance at real quick while you're driving to see the times left on your clock compared to the new one. The small circles are a terrible idea, but if you're gonna use circles, shouldn't your circle decrease counter clockwise like a timer? It seems a bit backwards to me.

Can you please add a speed warning, much like the HOS warning. It needs to alert the driver as so as they go over the speed limit. Also I understand the need for the app to change my duty status atomatically but, can you make it not add a second entry if the driver changes it manually. It is very annoying to look back and see double entries. One more thing that would be helpful is if the drive duty status was changed from 5 mph to one mile driven. Thank you

I have alot of likes for this app. It makes ifta reporting a breeze. However, if you run Canadian trucks & American trucks, you cant separate them into miles and kilometers. It gives you the option but even after changing all the settings it doesn't change them You abe to run all trucks in either or. Called support and no results

The app quit working. Said there was no connection to internet, and that I was 3 hours away from where I actually was. Yet it said I was in 2 different places at same time. I could not get it to change anything. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Its even worse now. I cannot e-mail my logs as it says that the add-on can't be loaded and I have to talk to administrator. It now constantly flashes across my screen, that request was denied for security...

Works great for a fleet of 26 vehicles on a multitude of different phones. Some older phones running old versions of Android can be slow but anything fairly recent is great. User friendly for drivers and admin staff.

One star too many. It will randomly change your status after you've gone off duty and logged out. It gets your kms/miles driven wrong, with the odometer sometimes being out by hundreds of thousands. The UI is easy enough, but the process flow is trash. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

It's been good up until the most recent update. Connectivity has become glitchy and the additional reminders are redundant and a nuisance, particularly the 'clock out?' The streamlined ease of use is becoming increasingly hindered! I keep looking to see a download/print option for verified daily logs!

I used to dread opening up this app for any reason because of how long it took to do literally anything in it. 5 minutes to verify your log type thing. Just the worst, but, whatever they did to it last week has fixed all of that. It's like a totally new app. Thank you developers!

It keeps sending upcoming violation notifications for absolutely no reason. It doesn't read the situations on it's own other than start driving when you do. You must keep dictating to it, even the smallest things. As if you need to hire someone to operate it for you while you are busy with other trucking operations.

Its a great idea but a horrible working app. I dont have any issues with violations, but!! It is extremely slow, and it is a pita app. I been off duty and logged out since Oct 8th. Yet I just got truck back from repair shop, logged in to find out it logged me on duty weeks ago. I had 157 hours on duty today. I tried to find customer service, none for us drivers! No 1 800 numbers to call. I googled them, nothing on their page for " contact us". So much more to say. Just get usless response fr the

The auto fill feature blocks my keyboard to the point that the logs screen is completely inaccessible. I know it is the app as I have that feature turned off in everything that I use but I can't turn it off in this POS app.

Since the new HOS cannot do a split sleeper either the 7/3 nor the old 8/2. That to me is a malfunction that needs to be corrected. I am not the only one that has noticed this issue. I have friends with other companies that use this app and they also have the same issue with the split sleeper. If i could no star it i would.

Not a great app, the starting and ending odometers are not correct, according to the program I put on 1000 miles a day, it doesn't record when I stop to unload sometimes so I lose drive time because it leaves me in drive mode. I'd use a different program but I'm stuck because it's what the company uses...Google Maps does a better job of knowing when I'm stopped and when I'm driving. Also very unreliable, starting and ending odometers show that I put on anywhere from 1000 to 1500 miles a day.

Geotab as related to Transflo app is absolutly horrible!! Many improvements have been made over time, but the REDICULOUS lag time STILL persists. It takes several minutes to make a SIMPLE status change in the log that should take only a few seconds. If this ONE thing would be solved this would be the perfect app for logs. Update--the geotab works perfectly fine, however, that doesn't change the rediculous issues with Transflo--Transflo is the one with the problem that NEVER gets resolved.

It's an okay app, i am using this app since a year. I think it would be good if the app doesn't change the duty status automatically while using the Personal move. When it does that it waste alot of the precious time. Thought the automatic changes in duty status feature is very useful but not while using personal move, emotionally it's terrible and devastating.

GEOTAB DRIVE APPLICATION 1. No option to add another trailer (+ button). 2. When you 'log in', you need immediately to confirm the trailer and the truck pre-trip, but you're not hooked up yet, no inspection has been done. 3. When you go in the yard 'on duty', you should be allowed at least 1 km driving in the yard, before clock automatically puts you on "driving" status. That's what I found in 3 days of using the app.

Poorly coded. The UI thread is constantly locking up while background tasks are being completed. This problem persists regardless of internet speed with GeoTab. Button presses, UI updates, and most eLog actions such as verifying logs can be a nightmare. Simple internet calls take milliseconds and obviously should be completed asynchronously or with a job scheduler for slow connections. Leaving the UI and basic functionality responsive. GeoTabs Android team should definitely start from scratch.

Is the most worthless f****** app I have to use as a driver. It will not load correctly. It switches my duty status randomly, messing with my HOS. And the Zenduwork part of the program never loads without restarting the app several times. It is a big time-waster. I do not recommend this program at all.
