Had a few clitches when logging in at times. I was asked the wrong verification answers and was kicked out of twice but when I'm in the app it's very easy to use
Not user friendly. Always down. Always glitching. It also doesn't help that client customer service at the branches is worse than the big banks. Get your act together Geovista.
Biggest issue I have with this app, is the same I have with this credit union as a whole: Pending debits and credits to ones account won't populate or show up until well after they're cleared. Other CUs don't have this issue. Also, interest earned on savings is quarterly rather than the standard monthly. Also, stop preventing use of the app whenever a new update hits. It's infuriating.
Love the bank hate the app, useless with 3rd party apps to help organize and monitor spending, app is almost archaic in technology needs a serious overhaul
I enjoy the app as it allows me to monitor the money I have in my accounts as well as transfer money from one account to another.
At this moment I can't use the app, it's a blank white screen which wasn't happening until about a week ago.
After an update they made, the apps works great again! Awesome credit union as well!
Had to learn like everything else but it's pretty easy to use

My main issue with the app is that when you exit the app, it stays running in the background and you have to manually force stop the app. My second issue is a similar issue that is on their new web portal and that is that you can't actually see your pending transactions. Other than that, it's an okay app. Supports fingerprint login which is nice.
Wow... still the worst banking app! It doesn't offering a balance reference. You can't know where you started and ended during a month. You get to see debits and credits only.... so much for managing my money. Also, it's behind the times as the app still does not have finger print login.
Way too simple! It's a good start but definitely needs some fine tuning and updating. Can't setup recurring transactions, login features are outdated, and the overall appeal is dull. Like the bank a lot, but the app not so much.
Doesnt work. Worked with my old phone perfectly. Now that I've upgraded it opens but all i have is a tiny geovista icon in the center of screen! Please fix!! I hate having to log into the internet browser verison. 😟
The app never opens for me. It use to work great but now it will never open. Every time I click on it it closes out the app. It's been doing this for works. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Still nothing.
App needs alot of work. The app glitches alot. Like sometimes for days I can not even log in on the app. Kinda like it freezes and force stoping it does not help. The app is always running in the background and will sometimes kick my out of whatever else I am doing to open itself up. Within the app, you can not even get you direct deposit information from it. You can not see pending transactions. Just needs alot of work.
Worst banking app I have ever used. It shows pending ledger balance and available balance but if the two are different because of a transaction it won't show the pending transaction. It also forces you to calculate all your transactions rather than having a rolling balance like it use to.
Have tried multiple times to log my information. Was given a number to call and waited almost 30 minutes with no response. Tried to leave a voicemail and mailbox was full. I'll change my response when the issue is fixed.
App still have glitches. Sometime unvail shows up and I am unable to do anything contact the back they state delete app reinstall. Does not work then I wait about 2 days later its working again. This bank need to apply every effort to fix or else they will loose customers fast.

Barely works, and has extremely limited functionality. App will not let you transfer money to a defferent financial institution. Can't even transfer money to your own account at another credit union with the app, or even their web page using a mobile phone. This app is FAR behind the apps of other banks/credit unions.
The app is super delayed in updating transactions and it takes like 10 minutes to open, sending about 3 error messages every time. It's time wasting, please fix this!
Continues to forget my login info and won't let me use a fingerprint been fight it for months
It is convenient but the new online banking system is terrible. The old system was much better. I cannot see what is on hold and it takes a while for balances to update. New system is not good!
It was working fine two days ago but now when I try to open the app it immediately shuts down. Other than I like the biometric feature with the fingerprint recognition. Please fix asap!
Horrible! This app keeps removing my username and password even though I've opted for it to remember me. Also I remember my username and password easily but once I put in the info, it keeps telling me I'm wrong and to call a number. Most days its "under maintenance" throw the whole app and the bank away!
I have used this app for years. Now, for some reason, I can no longer access my account via this app. Unable to validate login. The bank was no help in resolving this issue. Good bye convenience, I guess...lol
Being out of state this is a great tool to track my account.
Literally just opened a checking and savings, downloaded the app, first time I tried to open the app it tells me to call for further assistance. Piss poor app, and from previous comments, doesn't seem as if they're interested in fixing ANYTHING wrong with this app......MIGHT OF CHOSE THE WRONG BANK!!🤦♂️🤦♂️......UPDATE**** NEVER BANK WITH THEM.....EEEEVER
If I could give it a NEGATIVE number it would -100 with a 🗣📣DON'T BANK HERE‼️ Most of their tellers have major mood swings, customer service think they own the company, the mobile app SUCKS and you're charged for their mistakes. Unfortunately, I have to wait a pay period before my direct deposits go to my new bank and I'm stuck with this trash until then!!!
This app gets worse with every update. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been using this app for years and now I cant open the app it just stays on a white screen. Very dissapointed.
