Gerber never updated this app to illustrate their new Simplified Issue Senior While Life product. Come on , Gerber. Your agent web site says to go to the Agent Zone app to get a rate for the new product but you STILL have not made it available on the app! Is this what happens when you get sold to WSL?
Downloaded the app under the impression that it was for customers to manage our accounts. This app doesn't help with that at all.
I would like to use the app again. Keep getting *request denied for security*. So unable to provide my client with a quote.
They've been taking money out of my account to pay for my granddaughter who is 34 years old and I gave her her account years ago and they're still taking out my 3377 because I don't know why but it's ridiculous and I've been on the phone with them for 3 days and nobody is really helping me I guess I'll have to cancel all of my insurance policies cuz I cannot deal with this I live on a fixed income that $33 was is a week's food for me and this is ridiculous I need somebody to take my name off

Need the app to so I can make payments, but when app is not for those services...bummer!!
SCAMS first I was waiting for an hour to talk to someone second they never going to refund your money back because it is the policy I lost my money like that 😡 FRAUD
I bought insurance from Gerber life insurance co. For my granddaughter and use the site for info Gerber offered increased face amount with reasonable rates.

Gerber life is a 3rd party company now? Please lmk if this is TRUE. Hmm, I have an existing policy running over 20 yrs now BUT, there doesn't seem 2 b an app for customers, Agents only. Calling in 2021 is Sooo long a wait that it gets annoying! Just Sayin!! T. Cline, K. Cline (son). Plz call me!

All they care about is new sales!! Once a customer, you're unable to get information on your own account. Nowhere does it say "for agents" until trying to uninstallbthe app. No member app. Garbage!
