I give my email address and u say it not valid..but it is..this is so crazy to get a coupon..do not like it..even people at store tried to help..why have digital coupons for older people....so much trouble

Ever since they updated the app completely the "search" under coupons doesn't work. It keeps saying it can't find anything that you search for. Even if you search for a coupon that you know for a fact is supposed to be there it never finds it. Now you have to scroll forever till you find the coupon you need. Before they updated the app you could type in anything for example, "tide" or "detergent" it would always find the coupons. It used to be so easy and helpful.

I always shop at Gerbes, but... when you go to clip coupons you really can't read the product information properly. If I tap to read about the product and clip or not it sends you back to the top and you have to rescroll down to where you were. Why don't you just let me download every coupon and be done with it. Or automatically load every one to my app?

It'd be nice if it was a little more user friendly. I can't ever get anything to actually load as a coupon. They have to scan their papers at the register. And the prices are never what the signs show. I always pay $1 more than what the signs say. Irritating. Needs to be like the Target app where you can scan the actual items and load it that way instead of sitting and searching then it don't work anyway! Ugh

app interface layout can be much improved.

App size is RIDICULOUSLY huge, about 1.5 GB !! It's 3 times the size of my next largest app and 10 - 50 times the size of the rest. Like many, I have a cheap phone with not much storage and this app takes up way too much space. As for usage, the app could do with some simplification & decluttering.

Thanks for introducing the concept of a "digital coupon" that nobody wanted in the first place. I'm supposed to be able to use it 5 times on a particular product, but after using it once it became "unavailable". There is no reason a grocery store even needs an app in the first place. I say this as an Android developer .. yes I make apps for a living.

The app keeps crashing evertime I try to long on. I have tried changing my password and try to log on again and that didn't work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing worked.

If every last member of the staff assigned to filling pickup orders wasn't thrown into it on their first day OR the app gave a reasonable expectation of the groceries one might actually find in a real life store I might feel better about the one star I'm required to give.

This is the worst shopping ap i ever used. It bounces you in and out of the app you have to sign in multiple times Prices are different when when you get the bill and the pick up check-in is a huge nightmare

I no longer can upgrade app due to extra space demanded. No need to shop there. If you have a card, you should be able to just go in, buy your groceries, & get discount. This is not right.

Really good app. You can create your shopping list, add and delete items, complete the CS Survey, etc. Basically any and all Kroger/Gerbes information is available on this app.

I really love the app. However, lately when I try to use Kroger Pay, (which I love), the app restarts my phone! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't help.

You make everything to difficult to shop at your store. No news paper ad, half the time your app. Doesn't work, way to much just to shop at your store. I have an idea WHY DON'T YOU SIMPLIFY. we have enough in our daily lives without your complicated ad.

Terrible app. Can't check out with ebt for home delivery. Which you don't find out until you get all the way the end of your order

i did not install the app but have been getting non-stop ads for them. is that an app issue or andriod spam/ad pop-ups/malaware? but gerbes is still a good store😀

Sometimes it is hard to pull up the weekly adds. But I like everything but that 😁

Used the app to place my Order. Was easy and looking forward to.just pick up.

Use this app constantly. Makes grocery shopping so much easier!

I have had a few issues with missing items, but other than that this service is perfect.

love the friday downloads and coupons sent thru the mail , nd all the discounts i get online.

App won't open! Don't waste time downloading!

The store is well laid out but you may have to wait on a checker.
