Not terribly useful features (trying to find my subscriptions that haven't cancelled), and the contact us leads to an error page. Like everyone else, they make it as difficult as possible to actually manage yourself. Why is it fun to screw folks over? We're trusting you!
Would give 00000 if possible. Was forced into a merger and my card was rendered useless. They sent me another one that took 30 minutes to activate and now I need an entirely separate app for "card controls" and it doesn't even let me view my balance. Then I check the original Gesa app and my new card isn't even listed anywhere on there. 🐴 💩
The app doesn't show you the transactions. You only see them on the notification. But once you look at it. It's gone. Being able to open the app and review all the transactions would be much more helpful.
Doesn't really seem to do anything. I WANT TO OPT OUT OF OVERDRAFT PROTECTION, which keeps defaulting to opt-in and I have to keep calling asking to turn it off. That control isn't in here. Not helpful. Just taking up space on my phone.
Google play services unavailable... This is the error I get right after giving it permission to handle my calls? I'm not pleased at all and wish that my credit union had not been absorbed by this one. I'm grateful I'm able to take my business elsewhere. I don't know if I'll stay with this credit union considering the state of things one month in.
Set a card control in april. Dont use card or app for 6 months. Go to make a purchase, and have to load new app. New app does not recognize card control password. Locks me out. GESA card team cant unlock. Have to wait 30 min to reset. No manual override. REALLY?
I get what they wanted to do with this app, but the older app at least let you view your account statements. in order to do that now i have to log into my computer to view available funds.
Pretty helpful I like how i can choose to have a notification anytime I spend money and how easy it is to lock my card in case it's missing
not as easy to use as the last app difficult to navigate really glitchy and now it won't let me log in to view my accounts why did they do this 1/28/19
this is not the gesa banking app. for some reason it doesn't show up in app store when searching gesa. search gesa xpress digital bank, this is probably why everyone seems pissed in reviews
A good way to keep tabs on your bank account. Fast and easy and up to the minute. A good app to have.
Fails to load. Why have two apps for this? Roll the functionality into one app for crying out loud.

Nice idea, but trying to use the card controls just takes you to the card details. Not useful if you actually want to use the card controls.
I had to delete the app and reinstall but now it won't let me log in. And I'm not getting my notifications anymore. PLEASE FIX !!!!!

You give notifications of card use to check and then give no details. You can't see what or how much in the app. I mean what's the point?
One of the laziest apps I have ever used. The interface is baren and has nothing. But the worst thing about this app is their is no way to check notifications. You don't have a little folder that stores all your recent card transactions. Instead you get a notification and when you click it, it just opens the app. Doesn't even tell you what happened in the notification. Just says "Hey transaction here". Doesn't tell you if it's been denied.
