I don't want subtitles. I have to disable them in these cases: (1) Every time I start watching something new, even "play next episode". (2) Every time I start Chromecasting even if I turned off subtitles before casting. In addition, on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 the settings wheel (for changing subtitles and video quality) in the bottom right corner disappears when Chromecasting, effectively forcing one to view with subtitles in this case. Please consider adding an option in the main settings menu (below My profile) where one can set subtitles to off by default.

does not allow to change for original language, keeps bugging (have to restart if you have used the app in a while)

This app gives you access to allot of stuff. But watching something and pausing it/locking your phone and then resuming, is not working properly. It's a terrible viewing experience. It wastes allot of my time trying to figure out where I was in my TV show.

Horrible app. Like a poor man's Netflix from 10 years ago. Media player is rubbish, can't even fast forward videos, vertical/horizontal scrolling of library is just so bad it's aost unusable. Oh and using this service on getbox is like going back 20 years. Do an android tv app.

There is so much to fix here. But start with enabling phone zoom like Netflix so you can use the entire screen. Then group together streaming providers like. Fox, natgeo, HBO, Paramount, Nordisk film etc so they are easily accessible. Right now it's a mess. And get 4k for Christs sake!!

Consistently crashes within 2 minutes of use. Have done since Get. Have never been able to see any content, ever. Does so even after hard resets, and Telia Play being only installed app. I have no problems with any other apps.

Switching between channels/programs take minutes. Settings (such as disabling subtitles) don't always work...super annoying since the "live" subtitles are terrible. A truly awful app.

Using Huawei mate 20 Pro and chromecast. NRK perfect, Netflix perfect, curiosity stream perfect, YouTube perfect. This app from Get is garbage. Streaming HBO content freezes all the time! Come on!

It has improved quite a bit in the last year, issues with Chromecast are now much less frequent, thought still there. Update, get this: NOT AVAILABLE ON ANDROID TV. From 3 to 1 stars.

Not working on my Android 6 I can log in and everything seems fine, but when I try to play anything I just keep getting the message "the stream has sound, but it cannot be played" All other mediaplayers work fine on my device

Just got my Chromecast with Google TV. BIG disappointment that Telia chose to support Apple TV but not Android TV. Makes me wish I could leave Telia once and for all: (Should you however change this, and support Android like you support Apple, I'll continue to be a faithful user of your services.) Change this - pretty please!!

Frequently getting "Network seems to be disconnected" at startup. Have to kill/stop the app to get it working again.

UX is nice looking and intuitive, but performance is awful. Casting is buggy and slow to respond. Compared to the old Get app this is a significant step down. Playing HBO through the app is near impossible due to constant skips and disconnect.

Please add Android TV support. I see that it's available for Apple TV, why not Android TV? With your new Android TV based decoder you probably have all this figured out already, please release it for other Android TV devices too. We're paying for the access/ content even without your Android TV decoder, would only be fair.

Still no Android TV support?! Your customers have been asking for this for years.. Please fix this, I don't have space in my living room for your huge black box and all its cables.

No support for Android TV devices like Nvidia Shield, Get is withholding the Android app for Get Box only.. The ChromeCast support is buggy, only works sometimes..

Several shows have 10+ duplicates and many of the kids shows contain commercials and parts of another show. Casting keeps breaking. Overall a terrible app, clearly developed by people that don't care about the users

Release the Android TV app to your customers, don't force us to buy the Getbox. Considering switching to RiksTV, they have a great app for Android TV and are much more customer focused!

Need reverse button when casting. Very messy app. I wish I'd had the ability to delete movies I would never watch anyway

Keeps stopping to load while you're watching when we have a good internet and has no problem with other things in relation to internet.

This app keeps disconnecting all the time. That never happened with the old Get app. This is far from satisfactory.

Awful app. Constantly buffering live TV when streaming. Impossible to watch sport. Hopeless.

Works great streaming to tv with chromecast. Never had any problems with Fox. How can I remove those annoying subtitles ?

The streaming quality seems to be quite terrible for some of the movies on HBO.

The app does not work with chromecast. Stops and lags alot. Please fix this issue

Could you implement so we could change aspect ratio on video. other than that everything works perfect.
